Just me or do most Subways have @ least 1 worker behind the counter whose a lil' BP ?One day it's "Hellooo would u like Xtra Cheese todaay" next visit "C'moN! whatta ya want on da bread ugh!" U never Kno which ur gonna get when tht lil' lady is there. another location inside Walmart (I think) there was No one behind the counter hungry I stood there expecting someone to come frm the back til I glanced the lobby where a girl was sittin eating a sub??♂️, didn't even acknowledge me.. her hood azz frown said it all tho smh me & my regular money walked out n nvr going back. Prior to tht she seemed professional.
Absolutely the worse kind of humans behind the counter if that’s what you would call them, the Indian guy is so cheap and tried pulling (up footage of him making the sandwich) so he didn’t have to remake another one. They refuse to take any kind of coupons at all so they’re trying to maximize profits as much as they possibly can. Then threatened to call the cops because I gave them the sandwich back. And one of them to make another one but kept on refusing. Everyone makes mistakes but own up to it.
Lady refused to make my sandwich!!! I was taking an order for a client over the phone. I told her I wanted the bread toasted first before putting the condiments. She put the meat on my sandwich and toasted it when I told her not to. I politely told her how I wanted it and the sandwich she made was fine. She started arguing with me and told me she wasn't going to make me another sandwich, refused to serve me, and tried to kick me out. Bad customer service!!!!!
Renovation looks great, the nicest Subway I've been to for sure. Money well spent owner
I come here once per month, never had a problem.
Very bad experience with a lady who serve here. She is rudest person.Once before, when I saw a woman working at this location being rude, I ignored her. Even then, I noticed her. But today this woman spoke to me in a very bad tone. The administration should explain this to the woman. Of course she would be a good employee. But teach him how to talk to customers.
The manager is the rudest person I have ever met. Why he's mad at me because I brought a coupon with his location on the back. Cuz I brought a coupon with his location on the back yet he's refusing to honor. Then I refuse to shop at your store anymore.
What a CLEAN place !!!!Stopped by to get a 6" sandwich for a friend; also needed a bathroom break!! The worker's table was immaculate; the floors shiny. I went in the bathroom and it was by far cleaner than a few hospital bathrooms I utilized!!I didn't try the sandwich but I watched my friend eat it; she's a big Subway fan. (I think she inhaled this one!!!).For Subway fans: This is the stop in A'town!!!!
What can I say other than the food is great. They make it just how I like my food they are more like family.
A very efficient Subway with excellent staff and service! I had a big order for a sports team and the owner along with his staff were excellent in accommodating our large order in advance and providing genuine and personable service. Will return if we are back in town!
