The chicken steel city gyro was good. The walnut baklava was good. I didn’t like the garlic gyro with fried cauliflower, although I liked the fried cauliflower. I think the garlic may have ruined it for me. The hummus was okay. The fattoush salad was okay.

I got a chicken Shawarma...it was very dry! But I still enjoyed it because I was starving. The sauce can be more flavorful. At points I couldn't tell which was the chicken and which was the pita. I haven't had their other meats, but definitely save your money on the chicken. Lacked any flavour even resembling Mediterranean spices. Just a basic chicken lettuce tomato onion on a pita. Baklava was very good.

Best gyros in town, tried the steel city gyro from their menu a few times and it was very delicious. Strongly recommend.

Great food! Wonderful family. I can't pick just one thing that feeds my soul. The pomegranate dressing is out of this world, the chicken and baba ghanoush is the best that I've ever had.

I was craving a Gyro, it happens sometimes... I decided to seek out said Greek sandwich. I visited Yelp and looked thru a few options. This particular place seemed well received, off I went! It was a little bit of a trip for me from mid-town Allentown, but I wanted to satisfy the craving!I arrived around 11:15am, I was greeted by several employees with a friendly welcome, it wasn't busy yet, service was quick (my sandwich was ready in about 5 minutes.) I ordered just a traditional lamb/ beef Gyro, there name for which is the "Steel City" option on the menu (I posted a picture of their menu, and their QR code to link to it.) with everything on it.I was delighted to see that there was no shortage of protein and that their tzatziki was thick (I love it that way) fresh white onion, fresh greens (not iceberg lettuce like others, it was a peppery mix of greens,) and a few half slices of fresh ripe tomato. It was tightly wrapped and delivered to me hot across the counter. I decided to dig in right there and pulled up a seat at one of their tables. I proceeded to unwrap Gyro bliss! I love being one of the first of the day to get strips cut off with a crunchy exterior and juicy interior. The pita was hot off the griddle with a crisp outside but perfectly chewy. The first bite was heaven! The flavor was perfectly Mediterranean and all of the toppings highlighted the beautiful strips of lamb and beef. I devoured it while attempting to take time to savor it. My craving was perfectly satisfied!I would highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back to sample some of their other fare. Thank you to Steel City Gyro for delivering exactly what I was looking for, you've gained a loyal customer! If you've made it this fare through my review, please take a second to like it. My wife and I just found this place, and we're so glad we did! The food is really great! We both ordered chicken gyros tonight and they were absolutely delicious! The staff is very friendly and pleasant to talk with. Also, the service was quick. We will return soon!

The best gyros i have ever had! Diverse menu with something for everyone, including those with food allergies. Food was perfectly prepared and fresh. A must try.

I hate to leave a negative review on what seems to be a family restaurant owned by nice people but the falafel was just not good. It was adequately salted but there was no garlic or herb flavor. I ordered mine as a “salad bowl” which basically means the exact amount of a sandwich minus the pita. The tzatziki also has no flavor. Overall very disappointing

I discovered Steel City Gyro in 2019 and was impressed with the food AND the warm, friendly greeting from the owner and staff. You can tell they put their heart and heritage into the restaurant. My husband (the biggest critic of grape leaves) said they were the best grape leaves he’s ever had!! Great food, awesome portions, above-and-beyond customer service—5 stars! We devoured the gyros, so I only have a picture of baklava left to share ?

Our second shot at Steel City, the first time was good but not especially notable. It took 2 years for us to come back and I'm sorry to say but I didn't enjoy anything we ordered. I'll preface by saying my kids said the fries were good (all fries are good for kids) and my husband said he thought the Olympian gyro was good. I got a king of kings gyro as a salad and it was so, so incredibly disappointing. A foam container half full with only chopped middle parts of the romaine, only a few pieces of almost stale or possibly dried out lamb and hummus on the side. Not worth the money. The falafel was dry, I feel like last time we went there it was great, but these were not that. The arnabit has so much potential but just missed the mark.
