Fast service. Venti Pike is my go to!
Very bad service. Had to wait for 15 min just to get a breakfast sandwich. Staff is not at all friendly. They won’t even bother to ask if you are waiting for something. I even saw they messed up some orders of other customers.
As stated in previous reviews, there’s a very rude employee (young girl with glasses and dark hair). She was very nasty. When confronted about her poor attitude she actually told me that I don’t listen and that she treats all of her customers this way. This girls should be fired and never work in customer service again. I’m disappointed in Starbucks for letting this girl get away with treating their customers this way. There are other bad reviews about the same employee. When I spoke to the manager about my experience, she knew exactly which employee I was complaining about. Why do they continue to let her be so unkind and condescending to customers? I will not be back.
Waited for a minute at the counter while three employees stood there staring and talking to each other. Asked a question of which frozen drinks had caffeine in it…answer was “ the ones that have coffee in them”. Then asked, what ones had coffee in it…. Answer was “ not the strawberries and cream”. I understand being tired working in a rest stop. However, I’m forever at Starbucks and wanted something different this time. So I spent money on drink from the Convenient part of the stop. Terrible service.
Ordered a Venti with lite ice and they gave me my drink halfway full and when I questioned why it was only half way full they gave me attitude saying “ that’s what happens when you order it with lite ice”. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. Do not recommend coming here unless you want your day ruined.
Ordered a dry cap. Got a latte, when I complained was told to hand over drink, when I said to make over first, the incompetent barista called the cashier, to repeat hand it over. No apology for getting it wrong and a demanding tone. Put it down, it fell and they refused to replace, even tough I apologized for it falling, was upset w the treatment and let go of the cup too early.
Young girl behind the counter (in glasses) was a complete jackass. She laughed at the previous customer for mispronouncing a word and then she got my order wrong and then get upset with me and said I didn't order it correctly. I've ordered the same thing at hundreds of Starbucks. She was condescending and short and should not be working in any service industry.
It’s 7:07 am 2/24/2022 and online it says that they open at 7 o’clock am and they still are not open everything is closed lights turned off. Not the best Starbucks out there.
NEVER OPENED. Tried to get a coffee at 2:45, but the employee said they were closed. Their hours were listed until 3pm…
