Know your prices because they often charge the wrong amount at this location. Also check your sizes. They mess ours up. We didn't have time to go back and ask them to fix it. So we paid for a venti but got a grande for one plus added shots which I doubt they put in there since they have cheated me on shots before. This is the last time I will go to this location. I have worked at Starbucks as a teen and love it however I do know the drink I am ordering and what I should be getting. This location needs help.
ben is the best barista i’ve ever met. my friend was looking for a holiday drink they no longer have, however he gave the best drink recommendation which was nearly a replica! we’re from an hour away so he really made allentown feel like home for the day. ben you made new two friends from reading
We drove out of the way to get to this location at 8pm because online it states they close at 9pm, got here the lights are on see a worker inside but the door was locked with this sign on the window…extremely inconvenient! If you’re not going to open update your hours online!
Nice place, employees working there are very nice and friendly, good coffee my special in a season is pumpkin latte recommended .It is not the best place where you can sit with your friend and chat because there is not enough privacy, not enough chairs but I usually take my coffee to go , brawo for a wonderful solution with a double enter and exit in front and back , gives you more opportunities to park your car safely, especially during rush hour .

The staff at this location are friendly and the service is great. Sometimes there are rude customers but you get that everywhere. If you're looking for a place to get a quality quick bite and see some smiling faces this is a great place.Ooo, and they are currently hiring.
Was going drive thru , there were only 1 car ahead of me And 2 behind but had to stay at the speaker for about 4 minutes and didn’t get any response or any instructions from the speaker, so went to the next window .. she says u broke the line so u can’t order here and have to come around .. really ?? Later she knew she didn’t do this right , didn’t give me receipt to complain
This starbucks is honestly one of the best in the area in terms of customer service. Extremely kind staff, and they actually fulfill requests (like asking for light ice). Great experience all the way around.
Been coming for so many years. Sat at drive thru waiting a few mornings the cars didn’t seem to know of new hours. Disappointing the hours all of a sudden changed. Have to now go elsewhere every morning before work. Also not this stores fault but disappointed they discontinued the classic cinnamon dolce latte flavor. Panera is open before 7am and has a dup for the cinnamon drink now.
Have dinner for breakfast. After a long flight all I wanted it was my Starbucks coffee and egg bites at 5:00 pm? I love the service here, perfecto ?
