I wonder if we're in a coffeeshop or a club. I asked why the music is so loud and was told THEY can't hear it behind the counter at a normal level. It would be nice to be able to have coffee/tea AND conversation. But that's not a possibility here. Maybe SBX should consider putting speakers behind the counter so their CUSTOMERS can enjoy themselves. And NOT HAVE TO SHOUT TO EACH OTHER. Who's SBX there for?
Good ol' reliable... Nothing like an instant dose of comfort. Just can't duplicate the way that first sip makes ya feel. It doesn't matter how many videos or recipes I binge it just doesn't compare. Good job everyone!
Wouldve given five stars but they always seem to be out of the strawberry açai base. Not just these guys it’s every Starbucks. 5 STARS OTHERWISE
Seven people standing behind the counter. Not busy. Ordered ahead. Order not ready but workers too busy having conversations and cackling rather than attending to orders. This location is the worst. Never timely, rude, incorrect orders, and apparently work on their on time schedule.
What can I say? good people, great coffee. I love going here.
Very busy. Have had a few lackluster orders and stopped going there. Now I purchase starbucks grounds to make at home. Its not uncommon for the drive thru line to take 15-30 minutes at this location.
My sister and I did a mobile order through Starbucks the wait was ok. When we their for like 15 minutes waiting for our order.. But the service was great ?
Often understaffed and understocked. Baristas are friendly. Aside from the long line, it is the closest Starbucks to me and worth visiting. I get non-dairy drinks and they've never accidentally made my drinks wrong.
This spot can get very busy at times even if you did a mobile order you might still have to wait. I don't have a problem with the waiting as the employees are very busy. The issue is sometimes you can't see the names on the cups as it is blocked by the sleeve. I feel awkward asking an employee to look for the name and maneuvering the cup myself as other customers are looking.Maybe place the labels higher up? Other than that never messed up any orders.
Very unpleasant place to get a cup of coffee. Ignorant staff will very low professional skills.
