Ordered a grilled cheese and soft pretzel. Imagine my surprise when I open my sandwich to find they gave me a hamburger bun with one slice of hardly melted cheese. Onto the pretzel it’s dark like it’s over cooked and hard to bite into, yet room temperature with the ends actually cold.
Quality of food is HORRIBLE!
It kills me to put two stars. The two people there were busting their butts to get things done. Hustling around and can't be held responsible if no one else shows up to work. The line was around the restaurant. They showed up and they deserve credit. Saying that, some of my food was piping hot and some of my food was cold. The blue raspberry shushie with nerds was on point. To anyone reading this, be patient, be kind, and most of all, be understanding.
Worst experience ever. As a fast food place, the convenience is to be able to obtain your food in a moderate time. This was not the case. Few reasons why the airport rd. sonic failed today.1. “Ice cream machines are down.” That phrase is used too often here. In the past 5 years I’ve gone to this location about 10 times. 3/10 they had the ice cream machine running. Today wasn’t the day. Fail.2. After ordering our food (no. 4 and a Chicken Slinger) we were told 10 mins later at pick up they were out of chicken. Ten mins to realize they couldn’t complete our order. At this point we were ready to cancel, then they brought another worker over who seem to come off break and asked what was wrong. He then said “oh no, we do have the chicken they just never dropped it into the fryer.” So we decided we’ll we waited this long whats another 5 mins. And kept waiting.3. Finally after 30mins of waiting, I come home, fire up the oven to re heat the food that had been already made waiting for the chicken. Because we all would like to have hot food. I open up the package and this is what I find. A Burgerless burger. I was not upset, yet I was surprisingly amused. This truly was worst “fast food” experience I’ve ever had. Trust me I’ve had bad before.Use my experience as something to learn from when deciding where you like to have your fast food from and you decide what would be best. They didn’t even deserve this 1 star rating.
Went there the lady was rude the table was broken had the tiniest sign on there. Get my food have one piece of chicken the rest is the crumbs on the bottom of the bag for my barbecue chicken. And on top of it my tater tots have burnt flakes all over them from there I'm not changing the oil and they didn't have change so they ripped me off 56 cents on top of it
Just visited this location (at 6:30pm). The restaurant looked open (as any fast food place should be at dinner time). Pull up to the speaker and there's a handwritten sign saying that they can only accept exact change for cash, or credit. I was paying credit so I pulled up to place my order. At this point a worker came on the speaker and told me that they were closed. No signage (saying they're closed) and, again, it was 6:30 in the evening. The worst part? This is the third time this has happened to me at this Sonic. I love Sonic, but I am unlikely to return to this location.
I ordered online and pulled into the stall to wait for someone to bring out my order after responding “im here” on the app. After waiting about 10 minutes i pressed the order button on the menu to see if i could ask someone about my order. I waited another 10-15 minutes and still no answer. I tried calling the store a few times and no one answered so i just left. Super disappointed cause that was the first time i was ever at a sonic and i had to call customer service and get a refund.
This restaurant is likely the most constantly horrible fast food restaurant I ever patronized. It's so consistently bad that no one crew member could be responsible. Hopefully whoever the owner or upper manager who's responsible will be replaced. I really love Sonic. I wish this one even slightly lived up to the rest of the franchise.Edit: And of course I get a tone deat auto-response from the owner....
Insanely slow. We ordered one slushie and one shake on mobile app. Waiting 30 minutes, still nothing.*Edit: we got tired of waiting and went to the drive thru to let them know our situation, and they said the stalls weren't working and our order was ready...There was no signage to let anyone know the stalls weren't working, so just use the drive thru in the future.
Immediately No!! The place is filthy, inside and out! The person upgraded my order to a large without asking me. My drink lid was covered with black spots. It was dinner time and I got a breakfast sandwich I waited awhile for it to be cold and definitely not fresh. My large tots I was upgraded to was literally a small. When I told the person at the window she said they probably fell in the bag which they did not. They were also cold and stale she told me the person would drop more which obviously meant they weren't filled because they ran out. When getting the tots back she handed me the bacon that she forgot to add the first time. The bread on the sandwich was also so stale my dog didn't even want it. The person in the back was leaning on the food counter on her phone and the person in the front was mopping while handling my food in between. I also saw her roll her eyes when I asked about my tots. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I don't see how this place has 3.5 stars. The health inspector should also be called expeditiously.
