It was ok. Not amazing, not bad. It probably would have been a much better experience if it didn’t take 35-40 minutes to make a burger and fries. The quality for me was somewhere between Five Guys and Jake’s Wayback Burgers… pretty standard fast casual burger.Also, note for the cooks, it’s ok to drain away the grease. The bag doesn’t need to be translucent for it to be delicious.
We went for the food, but we definitely became regulars because of Mindy. I love her friendly and upbeat attitude. Everytime we come in, she always makes sure to greet us, no matter how busy it is. We always get our food super fast and it's always delicious. Definitely recommend and make sure to do the surveys on the reciepts cause they make a difference.

I live a keto lifestyle and I like that I can order a bunless burger with mushrooms, cheese, avocado, Chipotle mayo and a side of Brussels sprouts (they're better than fries). It was delicious. The staff was upbeat and helpful.
Great burgers and fries! Very very expensive! The burgers are a little bit pricey but they get you on the fries, five dollars and milkshakes $8!!!! Water $3!!! if we had ordered anything other than a water it would’ve been $25 per person! There are much better places around that don't price gouge!
This was our first visit to smash burger. My kids both ordered the cheeseburger kids meals which was a fair price for the portions and also included the drink. However the adult meals did not match the price. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. The chicken on my sandwich was not much thicker than a piece of paper, it was very disappointing considering it was $15, although the taste was good. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
The food is okay, what really holds up here was the customer service. Everyone was polite, smiling and happy to help. There was even an employee who was clearly on her break that helped us get lids for our beverages. So happy to come here just because the staff was so good!
Ordered through Uber eats. Burger was greasy, ordered the fries with the oil and rosemary which was ok and the spicy chicken was definitely hotter than expected. I won't order again from them. Five guys is much better.
There was a bone in my burger. An employee asked how my food was and I told them there's a bone in my burger. burger. They got somebody else and they told me it's bacon. I did not order bacon on my burger. Bacon should not be that hard. And then they laughed when they walked away.
I just recently visited smashburger and was totally impressed! Not only was the food fresh, hot, and so delicious but the service was exceptional! Mindy, the new manager, went out of her way to be sure that we were accommodated and satisfied with our dining experience! We will definitely be visiting again in the very near future! Forget the 5 stars - our visit deserved 10!!! ?
