The restaurant was nice, but I noticed the manager seemed like a bully to the sweet ladies whom made my delicious salad .He was snappy and rude to the workers. It broke my heart ,as they were so professional as they helped me .He needs to be in a office alone .He was terrible mean to the workers and it was uncomfortable.....The salad was tasty !!!!!!
I got a small salad my wife got a Make your own salad It costs 30 bucks For freaking plants
Absolutely atrocious. We used to eat here several times a week, but they've shrunk their salads by at least half, want spinach or kale leaves?nope that's a topping now!2 salads and tiny cups of vegetable soup came to over $40!. We'll never return.
Incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered a create your own and it was truly the saddest salad I've ever paid $13 (plus tip) for. The entire salad hardly filled half of the container. I ordered 7 toppings too so just imagine how small the portions must have been to barely fill half of the container. I wish I would have thought to take a picture before I ate it so I could prove how genuinely pathetic it was. Normally I can't even finish a full sized salad from SW. I ate this one in about 3 minutes. Oh and apparently they started asking for tips, which I find outrageously presumptuous. If the customer feels the service is great and they are generous enough to tip for fast food, then awesome. But IMO you're basically guilting people to tip by asking before checkout. Its fast food, there isn't a waitstaff that isn't making minimum wage and depends on tips. I was far from satisfied with the quality of the food and service, but alas my bf is clearly much kinder than me and tipped %15 despite the blatant disappointment. I would not recommend the location at Cedar Crest Blvd. You will likely walk out upset and hungry.
I’m very sad to make a 1 star review because we love Saladworks, but this is for this Cedar Crest location. We had a pick up order and when my mother went in, a man behind the counter who seemed like he did not want to be there hastily told her “the orders are over there” and she grabbed them and headed back to the car. I immediately noticed that they forgot my chips for my meal so my mom went back inside and a young woman (who also looked miserable and attitudinal) just tossed my mom the bag of Lays without saying anything to her. When we got home to eat, we noticed our salad ingredients were insanely salty. So salty we couldn’t finish them. And the worst part for me was my panini! I asked for no tomatoes and not only was it filled with tomatoes- when I picked it up it was completely burnt on the bottom! Why would you serve that? Would it have sunken the Saladworks company financially if they tossed this half a sandwich out and started over? That is why I have to give this review. I realize that times are hard for businesses and employees right now, but that does not mean we should disregard our courtesy and common sense.
No more going here for a few reasons. You're limited to 5 toppings you get so much more value at other places nearby. Also the employees some of them look like they don't want to be there. I hope one day a company does salads the right way
Always one of my and my wife's favorite places. The menu has changed, but they will still make your favorite salad from the old menu.
Love the salads always fresh and made with perfection. I suggest the fat free honey mustard dressing
very disappointing, got home ready to eat a nice salad for dinner. could not believe the 2 bits of this and that in my bowl. sliver of avocado, maybe 8 bit of grilled chicken pieces. Good thing I had my own salad ingredients at home to make this a decent salad. Saladworks hope you didn't cut into your profits with the few ingredients used to make these 3 salad for my family
Food is always good here but experience is not always the best. The young man who made my salad today is often there and always seems miserable. His customer service skills are lacking immensely. And I was asked if I wanted a roll and it was just thrown in the plastic bag. Not put in its own bag like it usually is, just seemed careless. Overall not the best experience today, hoping next time will be better. There were signs everywhere saying that they were hiring so maybe the workers are just overworked, but when I went there was no line so it wasn’t a busy time.
