My daughter loves Rita's, yet I wish they had a dairy-free custard so I can enjoy as well

The young lady attitude was really really unpleasant. Her body language showed she really didn't care to be at work. I was so afraid to eat my Gelato Icy, that's how discouraging her whole vibe was-NOT GOOD AT ALL! She made the icy and took it to the side as she was ringing it up on the register. I was trying to see, where she put the icy which had no lid on it that was being held in her hand. Like times is hard for everyone ; BUT WHEN SERVING THE PUBLIC, THERE'S A WAY YOU HAVE To PRESENT YOURSELF for the business your working for.
Tilghman Street location always had a wide variety of flavors. Clean place and friendly people! Of course...great ice and Gelati
The ice cream and ice are great. However each and every time I go they are out of lids, cups, bowls, or carriers. This particular location is dreadfully slow, and there is no consistency in their to portions.
