I was very disappointed in my meal last night.My waiter was working very hard waiting on alot of tables. We had a group of 11. When our food arrived it was cold and I was dissatisfied with my chicken. My waiter gladly replaced it but again the next one was tasteless. I know you probably want everyone to eat at the same time but I like my food hot. So maybe next time bring food out as they are done like some sports barsDo. Maybe I'll stick to hamburgers at RR.
The size of their salads has been an issue for my wife in the past, but they've apparently resolved this issue. Her food was delicious and a good portion size.The wings are always tasty. And my Buffalo Chicken sandwich was good.Burgers are tasty as well. and the bottomless fries are a bonus.
If your hungary for a good burger, this is definitely the place you want to be. My personal fav is the Banzai burger w/ pineapple, teriyaki sauce, lettuce, tomato & cheese. Delicious!! They also have chicken & salmon... Including salads. This is a fun & family restaurant.. but can get a little loud. The staff is friendly & it continues through the waiters & til you leave. Stop in & enjoy !
Good food, good service. Not bad, not spectacular. I feel I got what I paid for. Thought things were a little pricey for the portions you got.
We had a reservation for 10 people including 2 children. Our table was given to so.eone else same amount of people. It took forever to get everyone their drinks, half got drinks, half didn't. Then I ordered a medium well burger and it came out black it was burnt. I will not reccomend this place.
I have never written a review for a restaurant before and I still can’t believe i’m doing this now. The place is a mess there was garbage everywhere and uncleared tables for the hour and a half we were there. Our waitress was new and she made it clear multiple times and that’s fine but you have to come check on your people once in a while. Our drinks were done a hour in and never once saw her again. The person who dropped our food off so quick we couldn’t tell him everything was cold. My chicken sandwich and fries were ice cold. We tried to wave down a server but were blown by quickly. Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I do hope you guys get it together. Just a waste of money for this meal.

Excellent service.I went here late at night because I was painting my home all day. We did carry out. The server was courteous and gave us extra fries ? really extraordinary service.
Our waitress was phenomenal! But the food was mediocre at best. Cold unseasoned fries and burgers that weren't anything that couldn't be found at any other burger place.
Don't go too often as not one near us, but we do like this chain of restaurants. Good food & fast service.
