The food was delicious as always. However, the service was extremely poor. Our server took our drink order and brought our drinks. He took our food order but someone else brought our food to the table. Although he walked behind our table multiple times, he never stopped to see how we were doing . I had to call out to him to ask for napkins because we were never given any. We had bottomless fries and bottomless drinks but were never offered refills. We did want refills. We were also planning to order dessert. We gave up waiting for our server and paid our bill on the kiosk. Our server finally came to our table just in time for us to say we were leaving. This was early on a Thursday evening. They were not very busy and did not appear to be under staffed. Several staff seemed to be standing around without much to do.
Ordered pick up. Girl who took my order had a very I don’t care attitude. Sent some one to pick up our order and when we opened it literally all 3 items ordered were incorrect. Fried pickles didn’t come with sauce which I specifically checked to make sure they would. Asked for onion on my burger and there was none. His bacon cheeseburger had no bacon on it. Get it together Red Robin. It’s a 15+ min trip one way so we dealt with it because it was a freaking hassle and we’re super hungry. Will not get food here ever again. Shouldn’t have to spend the gas in a pick up truck these days TWICE because they messed up every item in our order.
SHOUT TO DENISE OUR SERVER. We had friendly, semi fast service. The burgers seem to be getting smaller. The endless fries well, they were skimpy on the servings so you sort of want to ask for more...
Got food to go on a Saturday night. They are always so busy. I never eat in at Red Robin.... So noisy with kids, etc. Burger was very good. Cooked properly and juicy. I liked the loads of customization available for the burgers when ordering online. Onion rings were actually crispy even when I got home. To go person was very friendly even though the lobby was crazy. More power to you, girl!
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Maybe I should have ordered something different. I just assumed for it to be a burger place it would have been a great burger like you see in the commercials. Unfortunately, it was not. Overall, it was just okay. Service wasn't bad though. Waiter was friendly. Went early so it wasn't crowded at all.
I met my girlfriend for dinner and we couldn't have been more pleased with everything. From the food to service and especially our waitress Genesis, who was prompt and helpful whether it was refills or a random question about dessert options. The professional attitude shown was highly appreciated on a hectic Friday night. I'll be more than happy to return in the near future to this warm, inviting spot.
Great service. Great food. It takes forever to get your fries refilled and your drink as well. I wonder if that’s their tactic so that your too full or you forget you asked for them in the first place.
Delicious burgers. Juicy, flavorful, cooked to perfection. The fondue is amazing, I poured it on everything. Fast service, called in an order for 12 pickup, got there @ 11:50 & it was ready to go. I also got a free fry, because online ordering was down today. That was very thoughtful!! I respect places that compensate for problems, rather than complain, or make excuses. Kudos to this establishment!! More places need to do this!
Overall decent place, tonight not so much. Ordered black and blue burger and sweet potato fries. To go. Sat maybe 10 minutes, not bad, however BOTH CAME, straight from kitchen COLD. not just a little bit like not even cooked fresh. They're re-doing now. We'll see if it's fresh or just reheated...sooo an update, after an additional 10 minutes wait, dinner was brought out. Burger was hot and fresh. However the sweet potato fries looked and tasted like they just took my cold fries dropped them back in the oil and tried to reheat them. Unfortunately they were burned in the process and maybe two thirds of them were inedible. I'll give this place another chance, but with so many options in the area, I'm not sure I'll come back to this one anytime soon?
Always a great experience. The staff is very accommodating for allergies. The food is delicious. And they make a nice cocktail.
