The store is usually packed when I go but they get everyone taken care of pretty quickly. Kind staff. The Audie sandwich is my favorite and their salads are also delicious.
Always love the Bada Bing primo- Chicken, provolone and Broccoli Rabe were made for each other ❤ Delicious-
The sandwiches are decent. Two times I paid over the phone and when I showed up and told them, they literally had me stand there for 20 some minutes before I asked what was going on. My hoagies were sitting at the register and they just forgot to give them to me, TWICE. The second time I just assumed they were busy, but after 2 other people came in and ordered and got their food, o flipped. Tonight I pulled into their parking lot at 7:43 they were open until 8. I wasn’t going in, I just stopped to use my phone for something. A girl came up to the window, looked out, and made a quick attempt to turn off the “open” sign, which was already turned off, so she turned it on and then off again. Wonder when they act Actually closed the shop. Sad all around. Primos is a great chain shop but I stopped going here long ago. A Capriottis is opening up soon and maybe that will be decent.
Good hoagies, but you guys really need to wear hair nets. Long black hairs all in my hoagie. Grossed me out and I threw it away. There's no reason for this. You're a food establishment. Wear a hair net.
Purchased a chicken parm for lunch today. The chicken was over cooked. Edges were hard. Barely no sauce. Worse primo experience ever. The staff was extremely nice.
I just came here a few times since you guys open I really enjoyed it I like it atmosphere is nice people are nice your food is excellent. But today I was a little disappointed and I walked in and the tension was so high you could cut a knife through it it was so bad sorry that there was a girl standing at the cooler in the front when you have all the Salton desert and I thought she was a Customers going to buy and I just said excuse me I need to look at me she was one of the employees and I couldn’t tell Z. she works there because she had her sweatshirt on with her head off and I was like OK and I said I’m sorry I didn’t realize you were here she said nothing to me and than Allison stuff and she still had her sweatshirt on with her hood up she was doing salad into containers and she sneezed into her sweatshirt she didn’t take the gloves off and go wash your hands or take the sweatshirt off in the food industry you should be doing that it was very discussing in unsanitized. Everyone else was they had their hats on they had the Kino a hairnet on they were very professional and they’re very busy because they got a lot of orders and I get that but the girl with the hoodie Allen not a good example very nasty very rude and I didn’t appreciate it.
Excellent food, only weird thing is after calling 20-ish minutes prior to picking up, I arrived and they asked for my order name and started making it right then, even though telling me over the phone it was for pickup and would be ready in 15. When I arrived there were 4 people working and 2 were making labels. 2 others were just on their phones.

Stopped in today to try it out...so glad I did! The sub was delicious and the bread amazing! I would highly recommend to anyone!
Haven't been to this location since the pandemic started. Some of the staff were very unprofessional. Every thing in the kitchen looked dirty, and they often put hoagies directly on the clearly un clean counters. They were arguing loudly with eachother while having their mouths aimed directly over the food.Of course our food wasn't right.Last time coming to this location.
