It's open again! Looks like the word hasn't gotten out yet, so the drive-thru line is manageable for now.Service is still mysterious. No matter what you get, no matter how busy the restaurant is, you'll spend at least 10 minutes waiting for your food (usually closer to 15). Whether it's made to order (like the Chicken Sandwich) or already-prepared (like a bucket of chicken), it'll always be at least 10 minutes, and it will spend a lot of time on the counter (instead of the heated area) which means it won't be super hot but the time you eat it.BUT, such is the mystery of Popeyes. 4 stars because the people working there are always nice, and the product is always very, very good, even if it takes longer than you'd expect.

Had amazing food , the service was great food came in time , the workers there was very helpful and had a lot of good service . Would recommend going there for new comers and first timers.
Haven’t been to this location since they close went their with the family and I must say the new look is awesome and the food was amazing will definitely be back
The food was fiyah drinks was fresh the floors was spotless but kiara and her fellow coworker were real pleasant and nice respectfully kiara was fake cute

But Popeyes is a big restaurant chain and no matter what you people would still order here.
Update your hours.... Drove all the way here to be closed even though your hours said open

We waited outside 20 mins to go inside just to place our order. Sign says 4 customers allowed at a time well 3 of the 4 people who were waiting, was to just place a order. After 20 mins outside we left and went to KFC. In 20 mins from pulling in drive through to pay at window we got our order. Chicken fresh and hot. I loved Popeyes Chicken for over 20 years from its stores in the Carolinas. Unfortunately the 3 stores that came to the Lehigh Valley, which 1 store closed in less then 2 years of being opened, suck.. They have poor service and both of the stores that are still opened in Allentown does not have enough workers so the quality as well as the service itself is bad. Sorry, but Popeye's of the Lehigh Valley you've gotten bad!!.
They gave me the wrong side for one of the kids meal. I went back to the lady and asked her for the correct side and she wanted the side I had back. I gave her the container , she took it back and instead of discarding she put it back with the clean containers food that they give to the customers. I spoke with the manager. It’s not fair to put the customer on risk - specially during a pandemic because with that behavior they have our community on risk.
