I absolutely cannot stand this place ! I placed an order before and lost my money so I called to cancel and was told ‘ don’t call here for food again ‘ .. whatever not that I really care. But today I called asked to place an order for carry out THE GIRL HUNG UP ON ME . I proceeded to call again and said ‘ am I able to place an order or not ‘. She then ask for my number with a horrible attitude the whole time.
Ordered our food at 6:24pm, was updated that our food was on the way by 6:55pm. I called the store at 8pm to see where our food was at and was told they didn’t have drivers so they relied on random “door dash” drivers to deliver the food. Long story short, door dash stole our food and we were told next time “just come pick it up”. Why have the delivery option if you do not have the drivers to make the deliveries? Yes we were offered a full refund but that money wasn’t deposited right away and we had to find another dinner resolution for the night. Our kids were very disappointed because they were really looking forward to “Pizza Hut Pizza”.
I ordered a large pizza for carry out; picked it up, paid by credit card; When I received my credit card statement the following week, I noticed that the Pizza Hut overcharged me by $20. When I called the manager the following day, I was informed by him that if I come to the store,he would give me the $20, and “he would just talk with the evening Manager”. Sounds like he just wanted to sweep this under the table. No Thanks!
The pizza arrived almost an hour later and it was ICE COLD! Kind of defeated the purpose of hot pizza and the stuffed crust cheese was so cold it was gross.
I have always loved Pizza Hut ever since I was a kid. The food is great and Delivery is usually on time and my order is usually correct as well. Thank you so much and keep up the great work.
Order accuracy is important. I ordered a pizza, wings and a 2 liter of soda, only got the food, no drink. Otherwise, food was perfect.
It was one of the worst experiences ever. I placed my order at 637pm and didn't receive my pizza till 810pm. I called multiple times to the store and when I finally got an answer, not only was the person I spoke to rude, but basically placed the blame on me for ordering delivery. He suggested that next time I should order for pick up. I explained to him that I had children waiting over an hour hungry. His response was they order a Doordash to drop my food off my they only had one driver and then again basically insisted on wanting me to pick it up in person. He never asked if I wanted a refund or half off for the wait especially when it says 25 to 35 for delivery on the site. So to make matters worse, after receiving my food 1½ hrs later from the time the order was placed, the pizza was cold and tasted unimpressive. My family waited an 1½ for food pizza, wings and cheese bread ?. Worst experience ever, we haven't had pizza hut in a long time and probably won't be having for a long time again.
Cook the pizzas for the dinner boxes a little longer, offer different pan styles, or change the dough prep. Most of the pizza in the dinner box I ordered tasted raw and chewy taking the flavor away from the pizza in general.
Ordered online and bought a big dinner box and picked a super supreme pizza, I was charged for the additional toppings, knowing they were out of mushrooms but when I got it home the pizza had 2 meats on it and no other toppings.
