Amazing food! Garlic knots were phenomenal! I ordered the Lobster Ravioli and it was beyond delicious! So much meat stuffed inside, full pieces of shrimp & scallops in the sauce, it was just delectable!
The restaurant is never full but by the behavior of the staff you would swear they were slammed every night. It’s nearly impossible to get an employee to make eye contact with you to place an order. It’s best to place the order right after your last meal because you will wait FOREVER for a plain pizza. Staff can’t be bothered with things like customer service.
I order from this place frequently and today I was incredibly disappointed with my food. I ordered a cheesesteak with sauce "no onions" and got a plain cheesesteak with no sauce. I called the restaurant and let them know my order was wrong but instead of remaking the sandwich like most places will 20 minutes later someone delivered a container of their sauce. The cheese in my sandwich by this point has already solidified and the sandwich did not taste good even when I poured the sauce on top. I therefore paid $16 for a sandwich that I had to choke down and will not be eating the other half of. Very Very disappointed.
Just had the fettucini chicken alfredo, the quality and quantity was excellent! The sauce was made perfect, the chicken was so tender and the noodles were just right! Had the pizza a few nights ago and was the best Ive had in awhile. Will recommend restaurant to all friends and family, truely a 5 star!!
we had subs catered from here at work last month & they were delicious, so I thought I would get another one. very sloppily put together this time.. bland.my husband's cheesesteak had very little meat inside.they also forgot the fries i ordered.not worth $42, I'll be asking grubhub for a refund. I'll stick with the basic pasta & tomato sauce from here.
I like the pizza and chicken stomboli here. I've dined in and picked up and DoorDashed the food. It is always good. They remembered to include my sauce. That is important, too.
Just ordered the antipasto salad with grilled chicken for dinner. First it’s huge, and second absolutely so delicious!!! Recommend the honey balsamic dressing. Will be back to try other salads!!!
The best pizza and Italian food in the Lehigh Valley by far. Don’t trust these other reviews! I am an avid food reviewer. The same people giving Penn a 1 star review have given Taco Bell a 5 star review! I mean C’mon! Who trusts a guy who gives Taco Bell 5 stars. The ingredients taste fresh, salads are unbelievable, pizza to die for… My family will always support Penn Pizza.
Every time I visit my family in Allentown, Pa I always stop by Penn Pizza . Their food is fabulous. I do recommend the salad. it's the best.Also, don't forget their catering trays which are amazing. Penn Pizza is my favorite pizza and Italian food restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. Their pizza crust is homemade and simply the best. Great variety of Sicilian and stuffed pizzas, too. But beyond pizza, their salads and Italian dishes are simply superb. My favorite salad is their Grilles Shrimp Salad and their fresh Mozzarella Salad. They have the best Penni with Vodka Sauce, and their Chicken Francaise is fabulous! They also make great sandwiches, especially their Meatball and Sausage Parmigiana, and Eggplant Parmigiana sandwiches. Save room for their homemade Ricotta Cannoli! I’m getting hungry just writing this review! We have used them for all of our parties and events. Also know that they have donated thousands of pizzas to the hospitals in the region during the pandemic. It’s a family owned local business that deserves the Valley’s support. I trust them so much, my own daughters worked there when they were in high school! Mangia Bene!
