Like a lot of businesses especially businesses that serve food post and demo there they seem to be having some struggles with employment. Because of this their leadtimes for meals are extremely long and really the ultimate problem here is the fact that there are Lee times for when your meal will be ready are completely in accurate well I will say 10 to 15 minutes it realistically takes 45 minutes or more and then often times when you get your meal it’s cold so I’m not entirely sure what happened here if management could at least set the lead times correctly people could expect to wait longer amount of time and that probably would be fine but as it is showing up at the specified time and then waiting an additional half hour is really unpleasant

I haven't eaten at a Panera Bread in many years, so this was all sort of new to me. The three of us ordered items with the "2 for" designation, but it appears that the cashier rang it up incorrectly and we instead paid for two full meals each at the full price. My wife was taking care of payment so I didn't really pay attention to the total, but when we sat down to wait for our food, I was a bit surprised by the total. We had a receipt but it just had the total, and not a breakdown of what we ordered. Odd. When the food arrived, it didn't seem like they were half sized portions, so that is likely what happened. No, we didn't go complain to thw cashier, as it was probably too late. Anyways, the tables weren't that clean, but somebody did often empty the area where you return the plates and silverware. The drinks were overpriced and the food was okay. The Cobb Salad that I had was good, but the teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl wasn't that good. I'm not sure what was the name of the fancy rice that they used, but I didn't like it, and neither did my daughter who also ordered that same bowl. My wife had soup and salad and she liked it, but wasn't crazy about the expensive iced tea that she bought. So, the place was okay, not great, and we were overcharged. I won't be coming back here for a while.

Drive thru was closed which was a pain. Went inside, ordered a large iced drink, they had no large cups. Gave me 2 medium cups instead which was fine, but then there were no lids for the cups. Also, some Karen was yelling at the employees about waiting too long for food and it not being fair to wait. It was free entertainment even though the staff doesn't deserve to be yelled at for things outside their control.

SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Why???????????Food is ok, IF you have FOREVER to wait. Seems like a chronic problem with this chain restaurant! Been all over the Lehigh valley and nearly EVERY panera bread makes you wait an exorbitant, and excessive amount of time for the simplest food order. Waited for 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and take a look at my picture...basically nothing on it, and barely warm. Girl who ordered after me got so frustrated she left without her order. When my order eventually showed up, we asked why and got the "covid answer" "we're short staffed" ok, but I watched 5-6 kids mulling around behind the counter, one kid seemed more interested in looking cool in his baseball cap. Ugh! Think, I'll be giving Panera Bread a rest for awhile, like maybe after I retire and have hours to spare.

I’ve been coming here A LOT with my granddaughter lately. We LOVE the food so much! As I’m writing this, me and my granddaughter are going out shopping again today, and we might just come here for lunch again. I usually order their French Onion Soup, or their Greek salad. THE SOUP IS AMAZING!!! Their Greek salad is also very good as well. My granddaughter usually gets the tomato soup and grilled cheese and she is just obsessed with it.While I really love it here, there are some things that could be better. Sometimes, the line takes FOREVER. The line gets so long sometimes and it is very, very slow. 2 weeks ago I was coming here on my own and I waited 20 minutes in the line until I just had to leave because I moved up ONE space in that 20 minutes. There were 9 cars ahead of me. But I do understand why it takes so long sometimes, I understand that with COVID-19 that this place is probably short staffed. That’s ok. Honestly, that’s the only complaint I have! I just really wish they served breakfast all day, or at least until 2 PM. Their breakfast sandwiches are so good, especially the egg and cheese on brioche. Overall, this place is seriously good. I recommend it absolutely!

I have to say I was a bit shocked to see my bagels thrown into the bag, they normally put them in a nice box. And my receipt was thrown in the bag as well with all my bagels just laying in the bag. I’m giving it two stars because the bagels were good. I’m more just shocked. That’s never happened to me not sure if that’s a new thing that Panera is doing just throwing bagels into the bag itself.

I ordered chipotle chicken scrambled egg and avocado wrap and I received bacon and egg wrap. I'm allergic to bacon!!! I drove 20min for my order to be incorrect. The bag was sealed shut so all I can see is a wrap. I'm very disappointed in the service need to be more aware of orders.

This drive thru is not as busy as most yet has more of a wait time then others . Not sure if it is the under staff issue still or what. The food is usually great. Just wish prices were lower so I could enjoy splurging here more often.

Leah at the drive through was excellent. Exemplary customer service, and a kind individual. She deserves recognition!
