Great staff...you can see that they are working hard! Good food and nice overall feel.
On 3/10/2022 I went in during lunch and ordered a soup and side order. It took about 10 minutes and I was given the wrong soup. I feel like this store needs to retrain their staff so customers don't get the wrong food item.
The takeout order was ready before the scheduled to pick up time. The staff was very attentive and preparing the food which is always fresh and delicious. My friend had a turkey sandwich and I had a Mediterranean salad. Both were incredible and I look forward to having Panera again soon. I highly recommend Panera on airport road or cedar Crest boulevard and the Tilghman Street shopping center.
Autumn squash soup is my favorite seasonal choice! Frontera chicken is always great. Even as the menu expands, Panera keeps the quality of the food.
I was robbed at this Panera Location. Placed my order on the Kiosk and waited for 20 minutes(they were busy) then when I finally asked about my order I was told it wasn't in the system and they weren't going to do anything about it as they were to busy. In my 20 minutes of watching others successfully get their orders there were countless mistakes and missing items from orders. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!
Smaller Panera. Squash soup always good. Ceasar salad not so good. Looks like the lunch crowd left a mess everywhere. Everything “to stay” served in plastic. What a waste.
Went at about 4:30pm. Restroom was a mess, and smelled horrible. The orders were ready in a timely manner but my green goddess salad had slimy cucumbers and wilted greens, my sisters Asian salad was wilted and musty, the salad was supposed to have almonds and there were pecans as well as bacon pieces which raises concerns about cross-contamination, and we ordered to go, and my sister was given a knife instead of a fork.
Food was good but it took them over 20 minutes to make it for 2 people while the place was absolutely dead. Most of the the tablets were dirty along with the bathrooms and floors. And the staff was supper rude when I commented on how long the food took. Worst panera ive ever been to.
I love Paner Bread. I've been to locations in at least 8 states. Many days I've had 3 meals at 3 different stores. This is the first bad experience I've had. Was there 10 minutes, no line, not one person acknowledged me. So I went to Starbucks.
Delicious food, a little pricey but overall much better portions than the Hamilton boulevard location
