Every time I have ordered from Panera in the last few months my order has been completely wrong or an item was missing. One time they sent me the wrong sandwich. Also, every time order my drink with no whipped cream or light whipped cream, it has whipped cream or half of the cup is whipped cream. Very disappointed with this Panera. I never used to have an issue with them before.
I ordered my food this morning at 10 am for delivery between 12:45-1 pm, i have now been waiting half an hour for my food to arrive. I called the store 7 times trying to get an update on my order. When i track my order through doordash it says that my order has been cancelled which i never did. Last week my order arrived on time but was not even my order. I was still charged for my full order and all they have to offer is a $5 coupon.
Really nice staff and food was quick and tasted very good. Price was a pleasant surprise as I live on Long Island and my order would’ve been $20 more expensive over there. Very spacious, clean, and quiet.
Every Uber eats order has an issue. I never requested bread but that's how it's horrible I'm missing 2 cream cheeses with. I also called restaurant they are missing as well. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
Staff Very nice. They are busy but take the time to help. Good food. It needs more baked items like pre-covid. Other wise we love it.
To the employees who worked on catering orders and delivery today, thank you for your hard work. Despite being short staffed you pulled through and got a beautiful and delicious spread to our office. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.
The place seemed clean, but the service was a little off. I chose a drink from the kiosk that was at the self-serve counter. So I thought the woman would give it to me with my food. When she didn't, I asked her where I do I get the drink I ordered? She said it was self-serve. I then told her that it was not at the self-serve counter. She replied it doesn't matter its self serve. I just cut the conversation because she obviously was terrible at her job and just chose to get a drink that was actually there.
I mostly like any food I have had at Panera but the experience here ws less than typical in other Paneras. Long wait, disorganized, took 5 minutes to get a spoon for my soup. The amount of soup in a breadbowl was ridiculously little. the picture was taken before any soup was eaten.
The place is so cool. Parking is available because Panera Bread is located in a plaza. It is not too crowded. The variety of food and drinks is fantastic. There are self-order stations through which you can place the order and pay using debit, credit, or gift card. The only glitch I had during my visit was introducing the bread without heating it up. When I returned to the staff, she heated it up immediately.
