This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Hour & 1/2 wait for one gyro for take out on a Sunday night with 2 employees working. There was a mother in the store with her young children. No other customers aside from us waiting on a to go order. We ended up canceling the order & requested our money back. The young girl working walked away after the request for a refund, sat at a table, & pulled out her phone. Then finally came back, & issued the refund. We didn’t even get to try the food! Our first time there, & the last.
2 platters and one sandwich. The gyro meat dried meat pucks. Ordered xtra chicken on one combo but ened up with extra meat pucks insted. No fries with my order. 5 fries with my wifes. Cheesecake was missing. Bad experience., will not be ordering from them again.not good at all.
I do give fair review, credit where credit is due. I will never again take an order from this place, whoever praising this place for customer service must be related. Bad customer service. It just ruined my day. The place had potential but will never excel due to poor staff attitude and horrible customer service! Close to 40 minutes wait!
Food is fresh delicious and it is a great portion for the price. Don’t listen to the reviewers just go and try it! I got the chicken and lamb platter.For other reviewers I got a platter hence the “few” fries it’s a platter not a size large fries. If you want fries order a side order. Also people who complained about the salad it’s suppose to be mixed in so you get all the flavors in a bite. You can get that on the side too. Great job NY gyro I will be back.
Underage Kids making the food. Incredibly rude and have no customer service training. Unsanitary environment watched the cook with unwatched hands prepare my order and gave me an attitude when I asked her to wash her hands. Not worth the visit there are other better gyro spots in Allentown
This review isn't about their food because I never got to even order. Three of us went into this place and the 2 girls that were working in there didn't even bother to ask us if we needed help or even acknowledged us. Mind you the place was empty and we stood there for about 5-8 min before we decided to leave.
small portions, felt like i got robbed. Barely any meat for a $10 platter but you live and learn, just wanted to see how this place compared to the one across the streets thats $8
Order was missing items and had to go back upon getting home again, both entrees were wrong. Food was burnt and not one of 4 items was good. While waiting for food, multiple other people came back in for wrong orders.Place wasn’t even busy so really just a bad experience.
Watched two orders get messed up in 10 min. Checked our take out order and two items missing as well. Check your order before you walk out. **edit, even what was given on the first round was screwed up, wrong protein and requested items to not be there were there. Don’t waste your time
Half empty container for $9..seriously time to let them go...never again will order again...this is what you get food to go cant see what is inside the conatiner...
