They have always had bad service, but I wanted to give them the opportunity again, but I received the worst treatment of my life, and all because of a drink that I did not like and I changed, the waitress treated me badly from the beginning, after that she brings me to the supervisor and her treatment was the worst instead of asking what happened and making sure the client feels comfortable, but no, what she did was take my drink and she didn't bring me any in return. I tell her to change my waitress because she had attitude problems and I am paying for a service and therefore I need to be treated according to the corresponding treatment. They gathered in a group in front of my family to talk about us, they took food from other tables that came after us, and when I went to complain to the supervisor, she was not professional and did not want to solve my problem. I really do not recommend it at all. First time in my life that a supervisor is so haughty and spoiled and out of respect for my family I did not complain as I should, they never brought me the food after having waited more than an hour in the place. They need a change of employees and management. And I was a waitress and I know how the service is. And even if the waitress has a bad mood, the customer is not to blame, dealing with people is not easy, for that same reason I always try to make the waiter feel comfortable serving me, but this time I felt so much discrimination from that group of employees, who made my family day the worst in the world.
Our server was wonderful! She was attentive and friendly!.... the food on the other hand, yikes.... I got a Tito's Strawberry Lemonade that was way more water than Titos... and the food all came out different temperatures. My wife's Mac and cheese was crusty and cold and the saving size was really lame... but she did say the fries were really good. I got the mahi fish tacos and they were really dry.. only ate half of one...Yeah, won't be returning to this place, way not worth the money, even with all the great sports games on TV.
Simply put...Slow service and below average food. They do have a nice beer selection but it comes with a substantial cost. There are much better options close enough to skip here.
Very disappointed with the bartender tonight at Miller’s Ale House. Didn’t get a full pour for my beer and my grandmothers drink is missing the garnished strawberries and the lemon. If I’m paying for a drink I want a full pour and everything that comes with a drink. See the picture for a better reference.
The portions were a little small but the service was nice and they have a decent beer list.
This is now my third time reaching out because both managers Megan and Ian are liars! Placed order on 4/10 food was completely burnt and inedible. Spoke with Megan on 4/10 who promised to refund my sandwich and send a gift card…surprise that never happened. Spoke with manager Ian the following weekend and he promised to refund the entire order and send a gift card. He also claimed he would contact me during the week with an update. Liars are representing this company. Myself and many of my coworkers at the hospital will NOT be supporting this business in the future going forward since they serve inedible quality food and then lie right to their customers about it. As first responders I guess we don’t apply that type of unethical and poor character upon the people we take care of, but we can see that clearly this company DOES NOT care how their hard working customers are treated. As I said we will no longer be supporting this business nor giving them our hard earned money! Reviews will be made anywhere that they can to warn others of how this company lets management lie.
Slow, slow, slow. We went in at 1:45 in the middle of the week. We were seated immediately. The waitress didn't come over for at least 15 minutes. We ordered a soup and 2 appetizers. They took almost 30 minutes to come out. Our waitress was never in the front to ask what was taking so long. She never checked back after we received our food. It took her another 15 minutes to collect the money after handing us the check. It wasn't busy, she was not attentive at all. The food was good, but service was too slow. I'm pretty sure the manager was standing at the bar talking to a customer. He never went around and touched tables either.
Atmosphere was nice and staff was very friendly. The food was pretty good, portion size and price were great. You can expect to get your moneys worth in that aspect. The drinks however were not as expected. I seen previous reviews saying the drinks were watered down so I decided to just stick with a shot of vodka and a beer- thinking id be safer not ordering mixed cocktails. My beer was not great and was not nearly as cold as one would expect. My double shot of vodka tasted like the end of a cocktail that was mostly melted ice. I did ask for the shot chilled but it was so watered down and tasted like it had been sitting in ice for so long that it melted. If I do ever happen to return again, I will ask for the shot at room temp and I will update on if it is still watered down or not. 100% would not return for the draft beer, maybe stick to bottled here.
