Only 1 car in drive thru. Waited 15 min?? Ist window that takes $$$ young girl w piercing in nose was MIA... She was in locker area fighting w male coworker.2nd window young kid wiping his nose w no tissue..ewwwI asked if they were shorthanded w staff he said yesWont come here again
I didn't think I'd review a McDonald's, to be honest. But, guys it really did take 35 minutes, 3 receipts (you order from a screen, not with a human) and 4 requests to the 3 !!, Only 3!! staff to finally get our order right. We were there so long, and I'm a patient person but the line of people being loud and obnoxious about the wait just really makes things uncomfortable. They got our order so, so wrong and there's just no retribution for that. They literally did not care, guys. McDonald's has gone down the drain IMO.
They always forget to give napkins, never give ketchup now you have to ask , no more common courtesy. Sandwiches very sloppy. O was disappointed, the fries used to be my favorite but lately they are either cold or not fully fried, you could tell by just looking at them, pale white fries means not cooked, the past 2 months I've visited 4 different McDonald's, let's put it this way they no longer care about customers, no customer service skills, they look miserable and misery loves company. I'm no longer eating or buying from McDonald's again. I'm sure everyone loves it. But they just no longer represent what they were. 2 stars is still to much.
The food was better then what my wife makes me for lunch ?If anyone wants a bairly used wife you can have her , she can't cook won't clean and sits on her big butt all day playing on her phone,P.s. don't let her drive your car if you love it .
The restaurant was empty, clean oh, and had plenty of workers at lunch time on a Sunday. I thought the food may have been a little bit overpriced to compared to other McDonald's but it was made correctly to our specifications. You can dine in here compared to the two Wendy's that are also in town which did not offer dine in. So that was a plus. Plenty of parking, outside seating, and large restrooms.
I get that everyone has a bad day, but today just wasn't acceptable. While ordering they got my drink size wrong on the screen, I told them to correct it. I went to the window and paid. Got my receipt and realized I was charged for someone else's order. Told them at the next window they messed up the orders. The person in front of me also was inconvenienced. My drink still came out the wrong size. I didn't have much time to spare. After them fumbling around for 5 minutes to get 2 happy meals together, I had to remind the guy to give me straws for our drinks, and then they forgot the toys in the happy meals, but I didn't realize until it was too late to go back. Happy meal made my toddler sad today :( "I wonder what toy they gave me! ...where's my toy? ...no really mom, where's my toy?"
Stopped here around 7pm on the Thursday before Xmas and honestly the best fries I have had in a very long time. The intercom didn’t work great at the drive through and they were also out of coke, which wasn’t ideal but not really the workers fault. They were super friendly, all our food was hot and the wait was minimal.

Too bad there is so much unhealthy food options and now a international addiction. That s what it comes down to. They need to serve more healthy foods choices .
They got two things with the order wrong. Wrong smoothie, no fries. It felt like I was an inconvenience to say my order was wrong. They asked for the receipt for proof. The order was put in wrong from the start.
I try to enter this McDonald's and the dining area was closed. So I walk away. The person behind the window call me back . And ask why I walking away. I said ur close. He took my order from outside and ask me to walk back with him .ok I said. I payed at the window. Smile on my face ?I was hungry. Got into my truckStuff my face. Thanks too the person that called me back.
