I don't know if anyone has been at McDonalds lately but the food there is awful. I don't know if it's just the McDonalds on 7th St in Whitehall or on Union Blvd., But the oil that it is cooked in has a terrible taste . Also the quality of food is worse. I used to enjoy a fish sandwich and fries. I got my meal cold and asked if they could give me a fresh order which they did. Well I was looking forward to eating the fresh meal and that too was awful. The food upset my stomach I couldn't eat the entire meal. I felt like I needed to vomit. Even the soda from the fountain wasn't the same. I notice a huge difference with not only prices but the meals bought from already made restaurants are mostly all bad. Yuck. Yuck yuck. Makes me want to give up eating McDonalds forever. And I will. The thought of it turns my stomach. I hope you have a better experience. Love ya Juni
I just brought a Big Mac in McDonald’s on union blvd Allentown pa and almost finishing it I bit and felt something I spit out what I had in my mouth and found this piece of not sure of its fiber glass or glass.I will never eat McDonald’s again I try calling to report and there phone number is not working you people need to be more careful I could of died because of this I am reporting this.
Eggs were overcooked, tasted like rubber, biscuit was hard as a rock and they forgot the condiments. I had to throw out the food.. This was the second time I got the big breakfast that was burnt. Tried calling the number on receipt and the line wasn't in service? Had to go to the restaurant and was offered another meal, instead of my money, and the burger was burnt and the fries tasted like they were soaking in oil for days!? It was terrible, I won't be returning.
38 minute wait at the drive thru. (Yes I timed it on my Apple Watch) Food didn’t have that “McDonald’s” taste. It was pretty bland. They shoved all the food into one bag to the very brim and food was spilling out. I ordered extra bbq sauce for the chicken nuggets and to my dismay they didn’t even give me one single packet of bbq. The one thing to make these bland nuggets taste even remotely appetizing and they completely forgot. 8 years ago I swore I’d never visit this location ever again…. Thought maybe they got their stuff together and gave them another shot.. boy was I ever wrong. I don’t recommend this particular McDonald’s location to anyone. Not even my worst of enemies..
Almost an hour in line at the drive thru (and yes I admit, it was a long line when I arrived). Anyways, an hour in line at the drive thru to finally get my chance to order and be bombed with "only accepting cash". Midnight on a Friday, extremely increased physical risk to staff. A complete atomic bomb level failure of customer service and management! No signs posted, no manager walking to cars and explaining the card system was broken. No courtesy whatsoever, nobody carries cash anymore!Every staff member above cashier and line worker needs to be issued a final written warning and be re trained. A complete and total disregard to low level staff safety and customer service was displayed tonight.
Every time I have been to this McDonald's they've been fast and unlike many other McDonald's they care the same about indoor dining customer as they do the drive-thru customers. I asked for extra caramel in my latte after I got my latte and they were busy, but did it with no problem and then filled the cup with more latte from the machine too which I did not ask for, so they kinda went the extra mile. It's the little things that count, really. I wish this McDonald's was closer to me because I would go every time. The food is hot and burgers aren't squished and every time I have ordered fries they were fresh. The management was very professional and very nice. I wish I would have got her name so I could give her a shout out.
Food was fine. Service however though was another thing. For a worker to practically throw the food into my car is extremely rude and unacceptable. We greeted worker and she didn’t acknowledge us just tossed the food out the door and rushed us along.
I asked for Ketchup, I got barbecue sauce. I don't know how much more simple it can get. This is ridiculous but I'm sure in 2022 it's hard to find good help...
This was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant..... First off we waited a total of 20 min from ordering till we got our food out the window and we were the only people in line...next I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit which she forgot to put in the bag and then argued with me in a disrespect full way.did not get a receipt
this location keeps getting worse everytime I visit it. I stop going here a couple months back because of this. but today I tried to see if it was just a fluke. the kid at the register was too busy flirting with the girls that ordered ahead of me to take my order. I ordered 2 double quarter pounder. 1 with cheese and no onions. 1 without cheese. I paid for both. I was given 2 single hamburgers with just ketchup and onions on it. I should have checked my order before I left. but I shouldn't HAVE to check my order before leaving. no one there cares. they just called my number and handed order and handed my order and walked away. Also, my fries were really cold and soggy too, ended up throwing them away cuz they tasted old and it was making my stomach hurt.
