If you really want freshly cooked food, this is the best and tastes like the McDonald's i remember by far, not all McDonald's food are fresh and appealing. I went to one that i wont say, but i literally saw one guy pulling out fried plantains from where they cooked the fries and I just turned around and left ? haven't been there since, to find out he was cooking his lunch. Shame on you.... seriously in public ?.
McDonald's was clean and the employees was friendly plus it was quick service too. We went in and ordered our stuff and we were out like 2 minutes.
They mess up the orders a lot. The bun of my big Mac was hard and they forgot a quarter pounder ( half of the 2 for$6). Very rarely are the fries fresh. Normally cold and hard. I stopped on the way home from work to get food for my family after working 11 hour shifts and wasn't about to drive back.
Fast service but it seems like they care more about there personal lifes then customer service still friendly and professional but still could improve by not being on there cell phones every 5 seconds

I have gone to other Mc Donald's and they were so disgusting. Even the bathroom smelled like a decaying body. Not this McDonald's. If you like McDonald's then this is where you should go.

Now that is a large fries. And brought to our table by a friendly young man. And as all the other McDonald's dining rooms stay closed, we drove past Macungie's etc., we go here to sit in a modern very nice McDonald's.
They didn't have the 2 drinks we wanted, the fries where weird and the nuggets where super dry. You'd think during lunch they'd have fresh stuff at least. Would be 1 star for my experience, I give 2 because I'm sure it's not always that bad.
The guy in the window talked to the car in front of me for 13 minutes. It held up the drive thru as this employee literally had a 13 minute conversation. Then asked me for wrong amount for my order and said I mish have mistaken my order for something else. I just pulled away withouy paying or getting food instead of dealing with this level of incompetence.
Prices are going through the roof when the burgers aren't even worth the price. An order that would have been 15 bucks before is now 40 bucks. Fast food restaurant? I think not with the small meal I bought I could have gone to redrobins and ate something worth while.
