Upon my arrival to the drive thru placing my order while using my reward points, the order person said she would not honor my rewards because it can only use one car at a time then she called the manager who was very very rude telling us they would not honor both rewards even though we have given them our codes to be redeemed for our orders to be used which the manager was very very arrogant and rude. When the manager became rude to me, I got off the drive thru then parked my car and went straight to the manager expressed ourselves to him then he apologize and started telling the situation that he has been encountered since this afternoon.
Went to go thru drive thru line , got to order board then saw they had a little hamster wagon sized drive thru and no way my truck was gonna fit thru it. So parked and went inside. Waited 5 minutes to place order, only 2 people waiting for their order, even thou, several people looked over, no one could be bothered to come to front counter so I left. Wont ever bother to go back to this location
The location is clean and the staff is Courteous.On to the bathrooms, they are locked and you need a manager.The men's bathroom is clean, but it's basin/sink, is not on, so it doesn't give you water. I should hope that no employee is using that bathroom. I did bring it to the attention of a associate behind the counter.Let's hope McDonalds actually reads these reviews, but if not my next email is to corporate.3 stars for associates, and for quick and hot food.
7/10 times they’ll give you the wrong order or forget an item. if you mobile order they’ll say the money didn’t go through and you have to pay at the register but conveniently forget to mention that the deals/discounts you get through the app aren’t gonna apply. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve experienced through multiple states
Why do I have to have a bobble head kid bopping around to some bubble gum hip hop music in the background while I'm getting my food? Totally unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers.
Found something in my husbands food he went to let them know so it doesn’t happen to someone else and of course here comes Negative Nancy trying to put her two cents in very rude and disrespectful she lacked customer service skills. I will NEVER step foot in that establishment ever again, you guys need to learn to do better.
I order thrue uber night usually between 5-9pm order is always missing something or something is wrong. the sandwiches have been completely sloppy the sloppiest tonight I have ever seen my big mac was a mess couldn't even eat it the chicken sandwich I asked for extra lettuce they put lettuce enough for 6 sandwiches the wrap didnt even close and they still put it in the bag then when u go in person i see why it's a total mess every1 is fooling around making jokes listening to music the girl on drive thrue couldn't give correct change because her coworker was checking her messages on her cell n joking about the text she got I'm soooooo pissed this is ridiculous
Ordered a Quarter Pounder meal with no cheese, no ketchup, and no mustard on the burger. First burger came out with everything, sent that back. Second burger was a regular cheeseburger in the wrapper stuffed into a quarter pounder box, so I sent that back as well. Final burger came with no cheese and no mustard. Figuring I've probably gotten the best the cook can do, I left.Do not go here, do not order from here from delivery services. They will mess up your order if you do not get everything that normally comes with the food.
Nothing spectacular it's fast food but I do enjoy McDonald's triple cheeseburgers they're very tasty I had to give them a three-star because the presentation of the food was lousy when they put the burger together and wrap it I expect the burger to look like a burger when I open it instead I got a triple cheeseburger with the top of the bun slid off pickles and onions all over the place along with the ketchup how hard is it to put a burger together and wrap it. I frequent different McDonald's in the area the ones that I would give a four-star or a maybe even a five-star would be the one in macungie and the other one in trexlertown. They know how to make burgers and present them the right way LOL
I ordered at the self kiosk. My receipt didn't print out. I informed someone who was giving out the food. Granted she tried to help but after awhile when I made a remark about never going back to that location she said "nobody told you to come here, " and completely ignored me. I even rounded my change 35cents to the Ronald Mcdonald donations. My order was 19$ exactly. My bank statement AUTOMATICALLY took the money out and next to it had mcdonalds F5901(I even asked an employee if that was the store number, and she was clueless) which is how it made it so easy for me to find the exact store on google. I work in foods so I get it. If the paper was easily replaced at the kiosk all the reciepts would quickly print out. It takes less than 1min to replace printer paper and will avoid this from happening not only to me but any future customer. Suddenly my order was apparently "lost" and never came up on the screen which is complete LIES! TECHNICALLY McDonald's stole from me. When it was all said and done EVERY employee ignored me acting like I lied about ordering food. The order I recieved was nothing that I ordered my boyfriend got a meal I don't remember exactly which sandwich it was. I was missing a large coke which was apart of the meal. This was a small problem with a SIMPLE SOLUTION. PRINTER PAPER. When I asked someone to just please give me the large coke she completely ignored me. There also has to DEFINITELY be a way you go into the register or kiosk and print out a summary of the order history/ transactions. The woman who initially was helping me was going up to all the managers making it seem like I was just some crazy person. Management completely ignored me. I want to say I am NOT a karen, but I also work hard for my money. I even asked the one girl if she was able to replace the printer paper she said "ok I will let someone know". Than proceeded to ignore me. I see videos of people going nuts at chain fast food places. I will say I completely understand why. Being under staffed wasn't apart of this problem either. I saw atleast 12 staff members. Better training and simple tasks is a huge part of avoiding problems. Had someone put new paper in the machine the moment it ran out the problem would have been avoided. I'm so mad that I was ignored and beat for my money. This McDonald's locations staff is a joke!! Guess the joke is on me had I flipped I would have been the bad guy though.
