the worst experience in a restaurant. my family visited from NY . The customer service was the worst, we ordered a single dish, we waited 57 minutes and when we asked how much more was left, they told us that in 20 minutes more. That the lobster tail takes longer. we left without eating. We wasted a lot of time definitely do not recommend it.
The food was very good but the service lacked the attention and personal touch. We ordered from the bain marie, it was brought to us and the server never came back to check on us. We didn't even get the check. It was left at the register. So we were done with our meal and waited for about 20 minutes before we decided to get up and head to the register to ask for the server and before we had a chance to do that we were being told what our total was. It was a really weird experience. I won't dine there again. Service is really important to me. It was my first time going and will definitely be my last.
Great food at reasonable prices.
They pack in the food in containers, Loved the food is amazing. They have a huge selection of food can take out or dine in. The atmosphere makes you feel like your in another country besides the A. Recommending to all friends and families. Even when someone wants Spanish food I drive across town to eat here. Put whoever I am with on and they end up coming too.
One day I was waiting for food I had ordered 15 minutes earlier, and the man sitting by the register was staring at me for a while. He then got up from his chair and went to the back room for less than a minute. 15 seconds later a woman comes out and asks what I'm doing and I said I was waiting for my order.It was really awkward because it was obvious the man had ordered her to check on me instead of asking me himself. As if customers are beneath him or like I was there to rob the place. The lady tried her best to play it off but it was a real turn off. I felt like a criminal.The food is a bit salty and sometimes I wonder if the chef is really Dominican. I am Dominican myself and I know our sazón is much better.I still give it 3 stars because some of the items served are delicious.Regards,Excelsior
Unfortunately, they have been so inconsistent with their food. It can be good one day and the next time you go it’s literally tasteless. One thing they have been consistent with has been with only serving bean stew. Every time I order food to go they only have served the bean stew with about 3 beans!!
Yelp and grub hub shows this place open and when you go they are closed. Waste of time. Also the seafood salad is a no for me.
