Great food beautiful environment. Weekends get packed so choose your time wisely. The desserts are awesome also.

Sunday may 1st 2022The service was great. However, nothing was fresh. They failed miserably at healthy food. Everything at the salad bar was bland, old, crusted over etc. The lettuce was soaked in water, the hardboiled eggs were grey & sulfuric. All of the pastas were crusted over. The bacon on my burger was rubber. I asked for a medium burger, it was burnt, & lettuce was old. Wanted well done fries, they were mushy.My compliments to our awesome waitress, yummy coffee, and 2 really cool walls made out of fish tanks. My husband did in fact enjoy his reuban sandwich. The waitress decorated his Cannoli too, which was really cool.Our bill for 3 kids, 2 adults with tip was upwards of $75. I feel robbed. We definitely will not be back.If the food was good, we would specifically come back & ask for Katie. Credit is due... but the food was overall a huge let down. I know its a diner, so I don't demand a 5 star experience. My expectations are on par for a greasy spoon... still, just... not good.
Good food. Service was good. Daughter loved the apple cinnamon pancakes. Other daughter had the strawberry waffle. It was loaded with strawberries!! Bacon was perfect too.
Really good, I usually eat here and get the chicken tenders and fries, a cheeseburger deluxe (which is very big), or a turkey club. The salads are really good and there is an open salad bar. The staff are very polite.
This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a star!! Worst experience. After waiting just for a drink over 10 min to 20 min just to order and then they brought my and my daughters food out and my fiancé never got his meal. After waiting 15 min to then tell us his meal will be ready in a couple mins to the waitress coming 10 more mins later total 35 min later of meal to then tell us well get a 10% discount when the meal was finished. Which still wasn’t done . Me and my child both had finished our meal and i told them it should deff be comped because of the service and how we finished our food and he still didn’t receive his food. Got the check for me and my child’s meal never got the 10% off and the owner never even showed his face to our table to apologize or anything . Very bad service and no respect for there customers. Will never go back . HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Actually the food was quite good but I ordered liver with mashed potatoes and I needed more gravy. when I was ready to leave I asked for a Togo box and more gravey. I was charged $4.00 for 2 souffle cups of gravy. myself being a server felt completely shocked that I was charged at all for gravy but $4.00 is rediculous for the amount i got. i won't be going back there no time soon.
First time here was last sunday. Meatloaf was delicious. Salad bar was very good. Prices were LOW. Service was good. Well definitely go back again for lunch.
I used to go to The Ham Fam as a teenager, like everyday. But now I still enjoy going all the time, breakfast for dinner! The waitresses are super sweet too!
