Great place, food and service!
I was looking for a great place to have dinner and catch up with a friend. We had a lovely meal and were able to talk for a couple of hours with out pressure. The Grilled Octopus was perfect and Salmon was very tasty. We then had expresso and coffee which was smooth and tasty. The experience and food was perfect.
Always consistently good service & food.
We are frequent customers. Last night was awful. Server was rude to start with, once she knew we were upset, our level of service dropped to a zero. Got my goto app which is muscles, flavor was amazing as always, but at least 1/3 of muscles were dead and closed. Asked waitress to make sure chef was aware, manager came over and apologized. We informed manager of service issue. Next time waitress came by with new drinks she slammed them on table. Totally unprofessional. Something has changed with 3501, menu is stale and unimaginative, service was awful. Will not be going back for quite some time. So sad to have to write this. Better off spending $$ at Shelby.
Get Dining experience every time. Food is wonderful, Drinks are great and service is very pleasant and attentive.
Atmosphere in back room is ok, nothing special. Service was par for a diner and food for the price was nothing special. We had scallops, sea bass and key lime pan a cotta for dessert. Scallops were good, but sauce and risotto were bland. Sea bass wasnât bad, but again nothing special. Dessert tasted like it had been in a refrigerator for days, very little key lime flavor. Our last meal here 6 months ago was great and service was terrific. Possibly tonight was just an off night:(
Good over priced food and service Only would go for very special occasion
Dinner menu, small sizes, not worth the money. Filet mignon 6oz $46. Left hungry. Braised short ribs needed extra sauce as it was a bit dry. Atmosphere was very loud, the sound was coming from the var area, don't go there on a Thursday or Friday before 7pm.
Exceptionally clean environment, the food was fresh, quality product, perfectly flavored and presented. The server was on point. Highly recommend Grille 3501!
