This was my 2nd visit with my daughter in less then 2 months. This visit was the same as the first. Service was S-L-O-W. Business was S-L-O-W. 15 minutes for a soda (after being reminded it hadn’t arrived) and nearly 30 minutes for an already melted sundae for my daughter. Absolutely ridiculous. There will NOT be a 3rd visit. If you visit, be sure to bring extra patience.
***Before I start my review, a comment to other customers, cut these guys some slack, they're understaffed and still absolutely killing it, unless you've worked in customer service and have dealt with severe understaffing, please try to be more understanding and considerate. They are people too.♡****The only Friendly's I'll come to.The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Even when dealing with being severely understaffed, they keep a smile on their faces and do their best.I truly hope that their hard work and constant excellence in customer service is being recognized and rewarded. They deserve it!My boyfriend and I came here today and they only had one server, Anastasia, she was wonderful, despite being the only server. She was so pleasant. The hostess was awesome too. This place has a truly amazing team on hand. We kept seeing the hostess and kitchen crew come up front to help buss tables and help the server, awesome team work!We'll definitely be back. I hope they end up getting more staff for their own sake and sanity. ♡
Went out for lunch with my daughter and her friend. The poor server was only server and was so awesome friendly and courteous I believe her name was Angeline or something like this. She not only served was working counter to check out also thus girl earned a major raise plus. Never flustered or anything just awesome. Definitely would go back amd ask for her specific
So disappointing..I was taking lunch to my Mom, I ordered the Munchie Mania...pick of 3 items, ordered FF, Chicken Fingers, & Mini mozzarella sticks AND 2 Reeses PB cup Sundaes...got to my Mom's place & got cheeseburgers INSTEAD of mozzarella sticks! Anddd The Sundaes were HORRIBLE! Will never return..cost me almost $30 & I threw more than half away! DISGUSTING!
Went here last night on a date night and it cost me $54.50 for a plate of 5 chicken fingers and a classic grilled cheese and ice cream. Service was bad there was a kid(probably 8yrs old I think one of the server's kids) who was taking drink orders to tables. The table was gross. Definitely not worth the $54.50.

Brought the grandkids here for dinner. Poor service,food took forever, waitress never checked on our drinks for refills,sundaes took forever. my wife's fish was over cooked,very dry. definitely disappointed with this visit. Then had the nerve to say thank you come again. I don't think so Howie don't play that!!
Great place for a quick bite. There are usually short staffed, but they do an excellent job. I love the melts & Mac & cheese dishes. They always have good tasting specials as well. As often as i've been here, I never had the ice cream, so i must try it one day. The turkey melt has turkey breast pieces, not lunch meat like other places. Friendly staff!!
The food was cold and terrible and my waitress Lisa was all alone to serve the entire restaurant during dinner rush, so it took a long time for anything to get done. I ordered a sundae with Reese's peanut butter cups, when I got to my hotel I discovered I got 2 scoops of vanilla with 1 peanut butter cup. It was a poor experience especially since it was my first time trying it and everyone telling me how great the place was. What a let down.
Burger was amazing our server was Jeremy and he was absolutely courteous and polite. Everyone was so nice. Service was fast I was very satisfied with our visit ?
