Husband and I decided to go to Dunkin for lunch. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich, my husband ordered a slice of pizza from the shop next door. As I was eating my food and drinking my coffee my husband arrived with his slice of pizza and sat next to me and started eating it. No sooner did he sit down, the manager and cashier walked over to us and told us we had to leave. We could not eat there because my husband had food from next door. She said it is the policy of Dunkin and not her policy. Extremely poor customer service, never encountered this before at any Dunkin ever. Needless to say I will never return to this location.
A great Dunkin location. Friendly and capable service every time I visit. I usually place a mobile order, and it's prepared just as I arrive. Someone always says good morning. It makes for a nice way to start a day.

I've been going to this place for a while until last week. If you see a regular order avocado toast how do you think the right thing to do if it comes out burnt black.dunkins answer.... the right thing to do is just cover with avocado. You had a conscious choice to make. throw away the 50-cent piece of bread and start over or serve s*** and you chose to cover up the burn part and serve s***. How could you think that was the right decision. Congratulations you saved the 50 cent piece of bread I'll never walk in your store again but hey you saved your 50 cent piece of bread

They are nice there but have to close early everyday due to lack of employees.
This is the 3rd time I have stopped at this Dunkin. I do like it because when I have gone it wasn't crazy busy so I got my order within a few minutes and left. But this last time I ordered a Large Iced Pumpkin Latte and didn't notice anything wrong until I looked up and noticed over half the coffee spilled all over my work desk. Went to pick it up and found a huge slice in the cup. Threw out the rest of coffee since it wasn't worth keeping. Maybe it was just a bad batch of cups, just disappointed.
I got my order super fast and the staff was very professional
Excellent I talked with the manager the day before I ordered six dozen donuts and they were ready when I got there the next day
