Sure I'll admit I came into this location to see if they had a bathroom I could use. Not from the area and was on foot. I walk in go to the bathroom the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying "Bathrooms for paying customers only." So I figured they had a key or something. I went to get in line and bought a Power Aid and asked to use the bathroom and if there was a key. The woman working said "Girl I wish the bathroom had a key!" I laughed it off and went back to the bathroom. This time the door was unlocked so I assumed nobody was in there. I open the door and there were two girls in there getting high. I was surprised said Sorry and quickly closed the door. I tried the next door and it was open but the bathroom was disgusting. There was a open box of donuts on the floor, no toilet paper at all, none, someone prolly stole it, the toilet didn't flush, and there was graffiti all over the walls. I wouldn't have even used it normally if it hadn't had been am emergency. Ya definitely don't have to be a paying customer I guess to use their bathroom either. Not a dunkin I would ever come back to.

I go here every day, and the staff is always quick. I always get a “have a nice day!” from their employees. Thanks for feeding my coffee addiction daily!! The lines are sometimes long but it moves quick. Thank you!

I would have given a 5 stars but they gave me a donut I didn't ask for and when I told them, they said they were out of that specific donut. Let people know you don't have an item instead of choosing for them.

One word- RIMI! She was extremely helpful and so understanding, I wanted a refresher but needed to know the sugar amount as I'm newly diabetic. Not only did she take the time to try and find the amount, but ultimately recommended another item similar to what I health wise could not have....and even better made it herself and it was GREAT! Iced green tea with lemon, razz, and 3 Splenda she said. I tried it and will now make it my new go to, thanks Rimi!
