The girl at the register was nice, She took my order and made sure it was correct. I don’t know whoever made the drinks messed them up. I asked for oatmilk in three drinks and 2 were messed up. The espresso was bitter and the drink was watered down. If i’m paying this much money I want to get my money’s worth. I understand everywhere is short staffed, but If you aren’t cut for a fast pace job do not work in food.
Hi. if you want friendly customer service here's a good place. But to be real their coffee is just a little weak. Ask for 1 shot of expresso with your coffee to balance out the strength ? ?
Ok the two star rating is really to draw attention to the fact that there was one and only one poor lady on staff in the building during the morning rush....a line of people out the door and we all felt so bad for her. She was hustling to the best of her ability and we all tipped her out accordingly. I understand that staffing is a bad landscape during the issues that the country is now going thru but really....the next location is not even 5 minutes away and imo this lady should have been assigned to that location with a much Fuller staff and management should close this location until staff and customers can both have a better experience.
Great Dinner. Great Service, our server was excellent. The young man was very gregarious and affable as well as timely with check ins
Coffee was pretty good gray carry some unique creamers decent sandwiches and there banana muffin will have you dreaming about it at night
Very horrible I waited 40 minutes for a coffee and 2 donuts and hash brown they tell me after 30 mins they not making no sandwiches or any oven items after everyone was waiting long periods of time the worst experience ever so many people walked out
if you find yourself on 4th street and want dunkins. Drive out to lehigh street instead it will be faster and much better service.
This is probably one of the worst Dunkin's I've ever been too. Every time I stop in here I'm reminded of why I choose to go to the one that's 3-4 times the distance from me. BECAUSE THIS DUNKIN SUCKS. I'm willing to bet it's management because I've seen more than a few different people come and go throughout the years. Do yourself a favor, just go to the one on Lehigh st.( Unless you're on foot ) It'll cost a little more in gas but you'll save time 90% of the time. Coming from someone who was in a professional fast paced food environment for 10 years, I'm almost at a loss for words, just wow.
Service was so poor.. they really need workers I never got the food I ordered had to ask for my money back .. lack of workers also or lack of multi taskers
