Horrible treatment from one of the staff!! All he did was complaint over the amount of food that was ordered, no manager in sight to correct that kind of behavior! I get that they’re understaffed but don’t let the customers hear your complaints. Such a poor treatment that only the guy in the registered apologized and the rest of the staff just said nothing, instead were telling the guy making the complaints to not worry about it when he’s the one doing a disservice to the consumer! Feel sorry for that kid!
Ordered a dozen donuts & four cups of coffee to go. Quick service but definitely could be better. The donuts were ok once they gave me the right ones but all four cups were overfilled past the lid with piping hot coffee. Even in the cup holder they still spilled from the slightest movement and at one point I burned myself trying to drive while holding the cups steady through traffic. After arriving at my destination and cleaning the mess in my car, we still had to pour some coffee just to remove the lid. Pretty sure this is a safety hazard.
Was in a jam for DD. Most were closed already but this one was listed as open. So I drove to it, placed my order via the app & sat at drive thru. No one asked if they could help me. Lights were on I seen workers inside. So I drove to window. The young fella told me their closed. I said but I placed an order on my app cuz it said you were still open. He seen my order went through on his end so he made my drink. I'll tell you what.... it was bar none one of the best coffees I've had. He added extra chocolate drizzle, cream & drizzle on top. I never asked for all that. He was so happy to give me my drink w/ a sweet smile on his face. I profusely thanked him & drove away one very happy customer. Thnx for the amazing tasting drink & great customer experience. If I knew the fellas name I would've put it here. Hopefully he remembers me

This is my 2nd ANDDD last time there..these people are idiots...The first time I asked for light ice & the lady that took my order filled it to the top! THIS is today's order, I asked for VERY LITTLE ice because it's mostly all ice..and STILL she didn't comprehend my request again! DON'T worry I won't be back! THIS DD SUCKS! I'm certain they don't care because they are RUDE as well!

Whatever girl in blue worked on thanksgiving was extremely rude and kept closing the window while my husband was talking, if u don’t like the job just quit & NONE OF THEM WEARING GLOVES
