It's bad enough that most Dunkin stores no longer open their dining rooms but the least you can do is pick up the speed in the drive-thru. This is a problem present at most Dunkin' locations sadly. Enough with the covid fear mongering. Also as frequently happens my Splenda was not put in my coffee. Can't imagine why this is so difficult.
This was my worst experience at a dunking establishment. They don’t care and is very rude and impatient with customers. They gave me raw bacon. Bitter coffee because they didn’t stir it and the wrong donuts. These ladies were screaming at me about fresh this and that but everything is of the worst quality. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed. I will never come back to this place again
they have to improve the service, one tells you one thing, and they serve another, the donuts have to be fresh, not from the night before, because their texture says it all. the doors always closed. And the prices should improve. I only say it so that if they can improve, although I know they will not pay any attention. Thank you, other establishments of the same restaurant are a little better. Thanks.

Went there today, drive thru closed and indoor dining closed. It's Saturday for crying out loud. I went to the CVS across the street and when I was going back to my car a few other people went to check the door. A lady in a white long sleeved shirt casually comes out to take a smoke break and say they aren't open. Google says their open so what is she inside doing if the whole place is closed? Driving to another location as I type.

This Dunkin' has good, fast service. Their pumpkin munchkins are amazing!! The good is pretty good, I've had better coffee though.
I never seen any Dunkin Donuts closed at 2 pm on Wednesday. I take my business to Starbucks…….
I live closer to this Dunkin. My experience with this Dunkin’ is horrible. Most of the time I order oat milk latte by paying $4+ but end up getting regular coffee or missing sugar. This happened quite often from last year or so. One time I phoned manager and explained the mistake then, he told me to come in to the store for replacement. When I went there, I showed the mistake but he wasn’t willing to see or talk. No matter what time you go, service seems to be slow. I even took picture and sent to Dunkin’ head office but no use. I don’t say it’s cheating I would say it’s just they don’t care.
