I was just their. I ordered cinnamon sticks and got the dip with it. This skinny musty person dropped my dip and looked at it. 1 star.

App experience is awful. Typed in credit card 3 times to use and still wasn’t updating on profile.

Years ago I managed a franchise chain of 27 Domino's in California. Since than, I've been very critical of all phases of pizzas and pizza deliveries. I have to say, the product and service were excellent at this location. Enough so, I paused my consumption of pizza and wings just to post this comment. Great job guys. 5 stars all the way around!

Using the online tracking information, my pizza was out of the oven 26 minutes before it even left the store for delivery. Then the delivery takes 8 to 10 minutes so oven hot pizza is a joke.

Everytime I order a pizza from Dominos, half of the pizza is crust and half of it has toppings on it. Stop skimping out on the cheese/toppings and start making pizzas right.

Ok, I've never been so disappointed after paying 60.00 for a 14in pizza, and 2 pastas. But not only that, I called the dominos and spoke with the person who made the order, to let him know my order looks like the card board box it came in. This is for hanging up on me. I only gave a star because that was the only way to post. I put it in the trash. I lost 60.00 buck, and trust to have what I thought I paid for quality.

Delivery fee is now 4.29?! It was 1.99 for a long time. They say it’s not paid to the driver, and the drivers use their own vehicles. Not sure what the point in the fee is then. But between that fee and a decent tip it adds 10 or more to any order I place. I used to order frequently but that fee is excessive. I won’t order at all from this location.

Need better employees... used to get great stuff but now it's like they skimping on the seasonings and the pizza I've been getting is also slightly undercooked. All that is fine, what I cant get past is how many times I've found hair in my pizza. 3 times is too many over the span of 4 months (but we only order like twice a month) and the workers don't have hair nets on or anything... I just drive twice the distance now to a different dominos

Just thought I'd leave my review, this exact thing happened to me once already and I thought it was a fluke but I suppose not. Ordered online, all it ever said was "preparing" and the tracker stopped working. Of course, the payment went through to my card though, and got a confirmation, that was working for them :) Since then, it's been hours, and I've called to fix this TWICE tonight and was left on hold at least for ten minutes each, almost 20 minutes the second time. It's not even that late, and it says you're supposed to be open. AND there's no way for me to fix this online. So, thanks for nothing I guess? Or just taking my money and nothing else? Lol idk

So I called the closest place. They did not answer. I was out of town. I called the next closest. After ten minutes of silence and keyboard sounds, he told me I had to hang up and go on line, because he could not order my pizza??? I wanted a large bo-pep round. After they sucked the life out of me waiting to hear that the only job they have, (to get me a pizza) that they in fact could not help me get a pizza, I gave up.
