Ordered pick up around 8:20 says my order was ready at 8:40 my fiancé has been sitting in the store since 8:40 completely not acknowledged. Dominos is my FAVORITE. Just moved to the area completely sucks that the one two minutes from my house would rather just ignore customers literally sitting in the store waiting for their order: finally an employee comes to him and says they sent our order out for delivery and they would only begin our order now after admitting they knew 20 minutes prior the order had accidentally been taken. Why wouldn’t you just remake it? AWFUL YOU LET HIM SIT THERE FOR 40 MINUTES.
This is the THIRD time they get my order wrong and charge me for something they're not going to give me while having to wait 2hrs for the food and it arriving COLD. (Topings missing wrong type of pizza or items missing all which costed me money) couldn't even get a refund or call the store because they never answer. I honestly wish the app gave an option where we can choose which store location it delivers from because this one is clearly the worst and I guess I'm not the only one who thinks this acording to all the bad reviews this place has gotten. Only wish I knew the location sooner so I can avoid it.
I ordered a pizza around 12 the ordered was placed it Took about 47 minutes just for them to prep all the food and Finally put it in the oven and that was till 1:20 and and then at this oimt its 1:45 I'm wondering where my food at so I'm calling and calling I get the audio message.. then Dominos calls and says that they have to cancel Mt order and not only that I only get store credits back and not money.. so I don't even get my food or my money?.
They never answer , they take forever . Tonight was my last time ordering from them. I just think that place needs to be shut down immediately.

We are a hit or miss here. Jonathan is a good manager always is great and keeps his team moving. When Jonathan is not there there are not enough free sodas in the world to want to go back. Some like to give attitudes even with a full staf.. it is a busy dominos so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but mouthy young adults will never change .
I ordered online (as always). In this occasion I had guests and they wanted pizza.After more than an hour waiting for the pizza I contacted the store, and the lady said it was ready to be delivered. After waiting for more than half hour, I contacted the store again and told her that I was going to pick it up.Once in the store a guy said that he could not find the pizza. I requested to speak with a manager. He said he was in charge, but I kept insisting in speaking with the manager. A lady came and found it right away.I requested at least a discount for the waiting. The total was $24.87 plus $6.22 (tip)=$31.09. The lady charged me $20.64, not enough discount for all the inconvenient I went through but I just let it go.My guests left (they had to go to work) before the pizza arrived...a shame.Really a bad experience. So irresponsible.No more buying pizza in Domino's.
This store Doesn’t even Deserve 1 star , order 1 box of pizza wings and bread sticks for delivery, waited an hour and half for the delivery comes to find out whoever the delivery driver was delivered it to the wrong address, called spoken to the manger she said it was right written down but the delivery driver delivered to wrong address !?!? Like how ?? Then waited another hour for a delivery yet again ??♀️??♀️ Horrible
Order is always completed quickly and correctly. Employees are helpful and pleasant.
