Extremely disappointed and upset. It was my first time eating here so I had high expectations, we go in and find out it’s mobile orders only, ok, we order our food. On top of that they’re out of guacamole and some kind of chicken. We wait an extra 10 minutes for our food and when it comes out I find it’s completely uncooked (i ordered a quesadilla), and the chips i ordered weren’t there. So i go back and after 5 minutes finally get someone attention, they tell me that they don’t have any chips. I then proceed to ask for a refund and am ignored. I’m already upset from the food being uncooked and the horrible service but this was just the last straw for me. I ordered and payed for chips, and you guys completely neglected to do anything about the fact that you were ripping me off for food you didn’t have. Honestly worst service i’ve dealt with.

All I wanted was to walk in and order food and sit and eat it- but no! Signs everywhere saying “we are all digital” no in restaurant dining, no ordering at the counter. The stupid QR code didn’t work. Tried ordering it online- wouldn’t go through. Tried downloading the app- took forever. Meanwhile all of this was happening while standing in front of all the employees in an empty restaurant who refused to just take our order. If it wasn’t for my 13-year old son begging me for Chipotle I would have walked out 45 minutes ago- which is how long this entire fiasco took. Pandemic is over! Get business back to normal! I will never come here again.

This is the most unreliable place I have ever been to. If you do not have the staff to run the business properly, don't open at all. I was able to place an order online before going to pick it up. I ordered at 11:14 for 11:50 pickup. Got there right on time, the doors were locked until noon. Ok...waited. Went inside and waited another 35 minutes (I was trying to be patient bc they were very short staffed). There were about 8 other people standing there waiting as well. Others coming in and out getting their food. When I asked one of the workers if they had gotten my order, he simply told me without a care in the world.. "we are not making any orders that were placed before noon". I said, but I paid for it. He said it will be refunded and walked away. Why wouldn't you announce that to everyone standing there waiting after seeing the same faces? I am so tired of short staffed businesses trying to run. Why nobody wants to work so far into this pandemic is beyond me. Can't get a hold of ANYBODY. Corporate, store etc. It is only $12.72 but it is the point. I guess I will have to stop in again and demand my refund. After that, I will never step foot in here again and make sure anyone I know does not as well. They don't care at all.

Ordered during the dinner rush. The poor workers were running around like crazy and they did an excellent job. Even dealt with impatient Karens professionally. It’s not their fault chipotle is only doing mobile orders

Ordered a Pollo Asado bowl, light lettuce, pinto beans, cheese, veggies, guac, sour cream. My bowl was light on the meat, no guac or sour cream & still cost $12. Disappointing. It was only 5:15 so if guac is a big thing on your menu, then make more. You have hours to go yet. A lot to spend for mostly veggies.

Drove here to find a sign on the door that they’re only accepting mobile / online orders. I sat in my car to place an order in the app and had to wait over 15 minutes. After I placed the order, the signs were taken off the door, and other people were walking in and getting food way before my mobile order was finished.

Ordered online from the Chipotle website and was given a pickup time of 11:30 am. Arrived at that time to find the restaurant closed until noon. Once they opened the doors they informed a crowd of people that no online orders had been made yet. Don't understand why they can't update the website to avoid this issue.

We stopped for take out tonight. The team working were doing an amazing job. Our food was right, hot and service was fast. Efficient team tonight.

I had Fresh and healthy bowl. Friendly staff members. Now I found a good option to o get a nice food at Chipotle.

This Chipotle is ALWAYS closed at random hours. During the day at night. Times when all other Chipotles are open. That’s one thing to always be closed but on top of that they have no way of finding out what time it will be closed that given day. You call and you will never be transferred to a store associate, it isn’t on their answering machine and the times online don’t reflect what’s in store. People put order online only to drive there and find out it closed whether it is the customer themselves or door dash driver. At the very least make the times easily accessible instead customers drive all the way there only to be left disappointed.
