Second bad experience at this particular location. First time I paid for a meal that I didn't take and they refused to refund. It wasn't what I ordered according to dietary needs and they refused to remake it. Now I ordered a vegetarian bowl and find a piece of steak in it. Probably fell into the black beans container on the line. All the organic drinks were empty but one that was on its last couple cups. Terrible ???
This Chipotle has gone completely down hill over the years. I've avoided giving negative reviews in the past due to all restaurants struggling and wanting to give it a chance. Not any more! That place is a mess inside, from the front door to the food area. I would highly recommend going somewhere else in the future. I wont be going back to this location again.
I’ve visited this Chipotle location several times and there’s always something amiss with this restaurant. On this occasion it was almost noon when I arrived, I walked in and all the dining room tables were still up as if they just opened. I ordered lettuce for my chicken bowl but the worker said they were out even though I could see probably a dozen heads of unprepared Romain in the sink behind him. They were out of Mr. Pibb and Tabasco Green pepper sauce. On previous visits I’ve been in and they’re only accepting mobile orders which is inconvenient when you want to dine in. There’s a total lack of attention to detail and no one really seems to care. As a customer it’s annoying and if I was a franchise owner I’d be making some changes.
I never rate poorly from a one time experience. I have been to this Chipotle many times over the last few months. Every time something is wrong. They are always out of something and don’t list that on the app and they don’t alert you when you place or pick up your order. I don’t understand why they are always out of something. Also, the fajita mix was actually raw. Like they didn’t cook the onion or pepper. It’s always something. The great thing about chain restaurants is consistent quality, but that is not the case here. Hopefully the owner will start noticing all the bad reviews and make some changes!
The worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. The Chipotle itself is filthy and looks like a public health hazard. The employees were rude and uncaring. After making a mistake on our order and admitting it was their fault and refunding, the manager then proceeded to joke about us within earshot that we "shouldn't be ordering out for food if we care about 5 dollars". Not sure what that has to do with anything and why as a manager you would make such an incendiary comment. Absolutely do not recommend this Chipotle and will never return.
Absolutely disgusting. Not only was the pick-up order missing 1/3 of the order, but it was packed so poorly everything was leaking. The sour cream container had a brown substance and hair in it. There was food scraps all over the place. There were so many employees just standing around laughing and messing around with no masks. We ended up just throwing everything in the garbage. This entire establishment is one giant health code violation.
If I was able to give them 0 stars I will do it. This unprofessional chipotle and the guys that they have there giving customer service are the worst. I place my online order to pick it up at 8:30pm today (2/24/22). On the app shows up that the order was confirmed and when I get there to pick it up they was closed. One guy open the door and told me that they closed at 8:00pm and that I will need to get a refund. When I told him that it says on the internet and even on the door that they close at 10:00 pm he says that they can’t control that????? That doesn’t make any type of sense. How the app let me place my order then?? I want my money now
If I could’ve given a zero I would have. Replace an order at 50 one for pick up at 5:10 PM and when my wife arrives the order was not ready. She then waited in line to talk to somebody and when she got to the front they told her online orders were shut down at 5 o’clock. They told her she could wait in line again and order the food again but that they would not be able to give us a refund from the mobile order. This is the last time we will be ordering from chipotle ever. We have not had a good experience with them at this location or locations in Florida in the last five years
These employees have to be the most RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS I EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF MEETING! They locked the doors and refused acknowledgment and service to multiple customers we placed online pickup orders. Had us standing outside in the cold for 20 minutes before playing rock paper scissor shoot on who would come to the door and tell everyone to leave and get a refund because they not taking any orders well over 1.5 hours before closing time. Nobody received their food and the employees laughed and stuck middle fingers up at us. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WANT THESE EMPLOYEES FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!
Had to take back four steak bowls. Rice was not even cooked, and steak was like beef jerky. You would also think the employees are paying out of pocket for the food they put on your plate.
