Why don't I ever learn from past mistakes. 3rd time here and a $h! T show. This place is a disaster. 2 girls in the back prep area singing along loudly to the music, some in the back room having loud conversations and laughing. Seems like the pickup area is the only staffed section.There's a customer standing in frot of me and NO ONE acknowledged him. Not sure how long he's been there. He looked at me a few times and shrugged his shoulders. A guy from the pickup area came to get some more ingredients yet ignored the customer. Customer had to shout out to him, "is anyone taking orders here" employee responded "usually there is someone here, must have don't to the rest room". I mumbled think you're better off ordering online then walking outside to the pickup area lol.Minutes later another other employee with hat turned backwards did return from the restroom past me and the guy in front of me, no acknowledgment. The girl from the pick up area had to come to the front to take the orders. Extremely sorry to say this but the characters in there are straight out of the parts of town you don't want to visit. I work is center city Allentown, Bethlehem and nice areas as Breinigsville, Macungie, Emmaus so yeah I meet all types of people and this is no stereotype. I think Beavis and Butthead has better customer service skills in burger world.

I LOVE chipotle, but every time I come here it's always a problem. They don't allow you to order with cash.. which is fine but just stating that so others know. This last time I went (tonight) they just totally "forgot" to put a $12 burrito in the bag. I live 20 mins away and a family member didn't get to eat because of it. This isn't the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last... I stopped going for a long time for the same reason but it's getting ridiculous.

Horrible service. You have to order online and pick up outside. They cancelled the order by writing a handwritten note that if you order after a certain time the order would be cancelled. They also wrote a sign that the manger left early. I understand everyone is understaffed but these people are now using that as a excuse for poor customer service. I will NEVER patronize this location. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible. The young people they have working there as zero experience in customer service!

t's been a while since we went out as a family. Our youngest daughter isn't able to get vaccinated for Covid-19 yet. We went at an off-peak time so that it wasn't too busy. That worked out fine. Somehow we still felt rushed to get our order together. The food at Chipotle was, as always, good, flavorful and with good selection for a vegetarian family.I expect that we weren't particularly organized, but I would have been glad for more patience and help from our servers.We'll go again, I'm sure. We like the food. Hopefully we'll have a better overall expensive next time

Let me start by saying that I love Chipotle… Just not this location. I’ve had several issues at this store and I have finally learned my lesson and won’t be returning. Usually we order through the mobile app and pick it up… I’ve paid for double steak and more than once and only had 4-5 small pieces of steak in my husband’s bowl. The last time we ordered it was completely inedible… I order the same as thing every single time and this time it was unbearably spicy. It was like someone added ghost pepper sauce or something to our bowls. $26 for food we couldn’t even eat. I called and spoke to a manager who first tried to blame it on me for ordering something that I didn’t know how spicy it is.. after I told her I just reordered the same thing we get every single time she then said they would issue a refund with 48 hours… 4 days later still nothing.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. I ordered a kids steak quesadilla and adult chicken quesadilla, and a bottle of water through grub hub. I received no bottle of water, 2 kids size cheese quesadillas with two sides of chicken. I don't think it's that hard to understand the concept of how to make a quesadilla. This was by far the worst experience I ever had at a chipotle. Never had issues like this at Q'doba

Our entire order was wrong. Instead of a chicken burrito bowl, they gave us beef and forgot to add the sautéed vegetable topping to both. Our “quesadilla” was a tortilla filled with shredded cheese that was uncooked (a raw tortilla and uncooked cheese). They also did not provide any chips despite ordering guacamole and chips as a side. I will not be ordering from them again

Having a plant based diet, I always enjoyed eating there, but I started realizing that they aren't careful with their items. I found cheese in my guac and even a piece of meat in the meal. I won't be eating there again.

my burrito was completely wrong. I received no chips, beverages or sides. the salad had no lettuce. the tacos were also made incorrectly. I tried calling the store and no one answered. I tried contacting support online and was told they were unable to process a refund. $62 down the drain.
