This Burger King is the worst. I ordered 2 burgers and a fry because of course they NEVER have chicken! The burgers were disgustingly frozen and the French fries were horrible I believe they drop the fries in their oil over and over again I can never win with this Burger King I don’t know how no one is sick yet!???????? Who is running this place!
Went to drive thru at 8pm lady taking my order was super rude was rushing me and basically just trying to get rid of me. Such a shame since I love BK.
Showed up at 10:17…. They took the car in front of me, but when I pulled up to the speaker they said they were closed. I then had to sit and wait for the car in front of me to get their food before I could leave the drive thru without being served… I googled whether or not you were open before I came. I just worked as a server all day for Valentine’s Day, couldn’t order dinner from my kitchen because of the holiday, and needed some dinner after serving everyone else all day long. If your staff isn’t willing to work their scheduled hours, fire them.
Everything was fine however the building is literally falling apart. Went through the drive through and the overhead is loosing all its siding and there is major water damage. The inside looks like it has never been updated and the place is filthy. Time for an update.
Worse customer service ever.. waited in drive thru 15 minutes after receiving food because they forgot my change and nobody knew where the key was... food was cold before we could even leave drive thru...

Horrible, horrible, horrible food experience. The only good thing I received on my order was the Coca-Cola. See videos (won’t allow video upload, but I’ll share w/ the manager) and photo; fish sandwich was what appeared to be fried (stiff cardboard like, fried-like consistency to the fish fillet, and bun was burnt on both ends) I don’t know how that was served. The onion rings were no better and as if they were thrown in the fryer several times (stiff, beyond crunchy, and ready for the trash). I was extremely disappointed with this visit and definitely not visiting this place only to get my food refund. Total disgust!!!
Had one of there best burgers ever The Garlic King Double for around $7 very tasty. ?
No dine in right now,asked why and it's because of shortage of staff.Drive Thru is pretty quickS. 4th St Allentown pretty quick and (8 of 10 orders right)Union Blvd. Allentown pretty quick (8 of 10 orders right)Mc Arthur Rd Whitehall pretty quick (but only half the time they get order right, must check bag before leaving as I've gotten home several times with missing food and too far to drive back)Lesson learned: (ALWAYS check bag even if 1 item ordered!) fast food is becoming just that,fast.
