Great food and friendly atmosphere. Came with my family for lunch Sunday after a day out and the staff really made our experience worth it. In what was clearly a busy day, the front desk girl was kind, and our waitress Les was very tentative and sweet. Kept checking in on us and making sure we were alright with a big smile. The avocado egg rolls were amazing. Will definitely be coming back soon!
One of the worst meals I’ve ever had. My wife first asked for the ribs, one of their main offerings— sorry, out of ribs. She went back to the menu and found another one of their primary dishes, and ordered the pork chop— sorry, out of that too. She finally settled on some garbage burger Applebee’s could have made better. The food took nearly an hour to show up. Once it did, my “medium rare” steak wasn’t even rare, it was bleu. The photo to the left is how it came originally, on the right is when it had been brought back and cooked to a (rare leaning) medium rare. We had a movie to go to, so I asked to have the check and boxes as soon as the meal came, since it had already been an hour. It took twenty more minutes for us to get the dessert that had been included in the price of my meal, and that was just ice cream. We were standing up and getting ready to walk out without it, right when it finally got brought over. The prime rib was mediocre at best even once it had been cooked. The sauce on the Brussels sprouts was a cool idea which I will steal for my own cooking, but the sprouts themselves rather than “lightly fried” were deep, deep fried and kosher salt was sprinkling out of them like so much dandruff, way excessive. $75 plus tip for one drink and a meal for two, and one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Last time we were here, the cheesesteak was bland and awful, this time, the whole experience was that much worse. This is just a badly run establishment, staffed by people who don’t know how to serve, and cooks who have no idea to cook. I am astounded that this place remains in business, except for some reason there is a major lack of restaurants in the area, and perhaps the usual diners drink enough beer to forget the time of day and lose the ability to taste their food before it gets served. Hell of a business model.

First time visit and went away happy! Friendly helpful server, tummy food, nice atmosphere. Prices were a little high but lunch specials were good sized and great @ $10!
Came here unexpectedly as the original restaurant had a hour wait. Called BJ's and they told me 10-15 minute wait. We got there in 5 minutes and they sat us down as soon as we got in. Our service Jennifer was absolutely amazing, very attentive and kind. Food was delicious and very flavorful and very big portion size. They offer a free kids appetizer which is a very small bowl of fruit and a garlic knot. Only downside or dislike was the kids mac and cheese-it looked like it was Krafts mac and cheese. We got the loaded nachos, jalapeño burger and brisket/bacon burger-all were so flavorful and filling. Would come here again

NO!!! Not a fan!! Had a party of 4. Went on a Saturday @ 1:00 pm. Got a seat right away. Ordered & took 1 hour to get food. Wasn't full. A party of 6 came in 15 minutes after we were seated & their food was delivered in 15 minutes. They were half way done eating, until we got our food. I'm an alfredo conesuer, & their alfredo was a 1 out of 10 for me. It had the texture of chicken pot pie, it was cold & coagulating before I started eating it. McDonald's fries are way better than here. My sister got the chicken sandwich, we said it was ok, 2 out if 10. Overall not impressed with this place. $18 for a plate of cold alfredo, no soup or side salad with it. I most definitely will not be back. I'm glad I tried it, but that's it.
Placed a to go order for the first time. Waited almost an hour longer than our quoted pickup time. Got home (we live 5 mins down the street), missing 2 items and everything was super cold. Bacon on the burger was not cooked completely. Called to inform them what we were missing and the girl that answered immediately told me to hold on after I told her. No one ever picked the phone back up after I was placed on hold. Never again.
Great food and even better service. Our server Jay was the absolute best! Would come again just because he made our experience so much better!
