Called this place for my first time, the lady on the phone was very cold and try to rush me. I ask for some Items on the menu, and she referred me to the online website. I explained to her that I was having issues with my internet connection, reason why I decided to call instead. But she kept rushing me, and trying to make me feel dumb. Just because I did not know their menu (again calling for the first time ever).Thanks "PRECIOUS" for such a poor service over the Phone, next time make sure to he more friendly and willing to help a customer on placing an order.The wings where good by the way.
The waitress ignored us for 20 minutes so she could talk to her freinds at the bar about the guy she's seeing. We were In a booth a few feet from the bar. Food was ok
Our whole order was a mess NEVER AGAIN ! They put blue cheese on our pizza , the fries were cold and weren’t even loaded , the wings were burnt , and they didn’t even give me my RANCH !
The food is ok. The only problem I really have with them is that they barely answer the phone. I like putting my order in through the phone because ordering online doesn’t have all the options and specific instructions available. I usually wait 10-15 minutes on phone. If they still don’t pick up I just call and order from somewhere else that is willing to pick up their phone. If I’m not a priority to them (EVERY CUSTOMER SHOUKD BE PRIORITY) then no need to shop with them. I’m sure they make plenty of money but IMAGINE how much they would make if they also answered the phone’s. I’ll just try again next year. Don’t shop anywhere that does not put their customers as priority, if there was no customers that what business would they be running?
My Saturday visit to BW's West End/Hamilton St was BY FAR my worst experience ever at an establishment.Sadly, Woody Marcks would have been rolling in his grave witnessing the same.Enter myself, 2 daughters, and my son-in-law at about 5:05 pm. Told by staff to seat ourselves in the dining area which was totally empty. Drink order taken and served.Food order taken by "Mariah" at about 5:25 pm...2 cheesesteaks, 1 Calif cheeseburger, 10 wings, and 1 slice of pizza.By this time, at least 3 other parties were occupying booths/tables in the dining area.Now 6 pm...NO FOOD on the table...apologies from "Mariah" for being short-staffed, one cook on duty...yet, every party in room ordered AND received food!6:15 pm now...still NO FOOD...daughters and S-I-L now leave for scheduled commitment...Dad agrees to stay n wait for food..."Mariah" told order is now to be takeout...$60 bill paid w/card."Mariah" again apologizes...Dad expresses disappointment with, not only the delay of service, but with the constant waft of weed entering the dining area from the outdoor seating area...apparently condoned by management here???6:45 pm now...NO FOOD...bill paid...told they were just waiting on the 1 slice n 10 wings...6:50 pm...Dad leaves dining area, heads to bar area (with paid bill)...asks for manager.Dad expresses displeasure with lack of service...manager asks for card...credits total bill...finally get takeout bag...WITHOUT WINGS N SLICE...and apologies from manager till "next time"...Sorry, won't be a next time.My only regret..."Mariah" never got the tip I would have added...Chad Marcks, my condolences/apologies for referencing your dad earlier...always loved the BW's food...but this experience was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!I hope you still have a hand in addressing this location's staff/procedures.
First time here. No service. Fries were burned. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Less then five people in the establishment and the tv is up so loud the speaker sound like it’s blown. Glad this will be my one and only visit. So much for staying to watch the All Star game smh
Literally the worst place! Did order a couple of time and all of the time i got wrong order and refused to refund me! On top of that the manager said don’t touch the pizza we are going to swap the pizza because i have a wrong pizza and asking for the driver if she can do “ME” a favorite not them to deliver swap the pizza, but the driver never came . So so so disgusting people and place never ever i m not going to order on this place!
Just ordered two pizzas. Was delivered a quesadilla and fries. They were good, but not what we ordered. Door dash was nice, but it was not their fault. We talked to someone at the restaurant and they told us it wasn't their fault. The reciept literally didn't match my order. They did not offer to fix it at all, and did not seem to be bothered by the mistake. Not happy, and can not recommend.
It’s always open. 365 days a year, 11am-2am, no matter what. Pretty decent beer selection. Great if you’re into sports. Food is alright.
waited 1 hour 30 mins just to hear that my order wasn’t delivered and the kitchen is now closed. took my money and left me starving for the night. worst service ever
