I like the Big Woody's chain. They are open 365 days a year, 11 am to 2 am, which is nice. My last visit was at 6 pm. The place was just about empty. So, I am thinking this was not one of their "A" teams. The pizzaWas sloppy. It was folded over to fit in the box. The crust was soggy. The toppings were skimpy. I am accustomed to getting good pizza at Big Woody's from other locations.
Been coming to this location since it was down on Hanover near Dollar Tree.Paid for many corporate pizza parties. Owner are nice.Wise choice in moving locations.But biggest problem is your staff namely Kayla. Shes got a combatative attitude.Had a co worker call for directions and she was rocky and rudeJust because of poor attitude like this,my co workers will NOT come back..EVER
Worst food I have had in a while. Fried food tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in months. Most of our order was incorrect or missing all together. Will not be going back.
Chicken was fried extra hard like it literally cracked my friends tooth.Update Their chicken was a way better this time. Service was better.
My driver forgot my pizza than I had to wait 20 more minutes for him to bring a pizza my dog won’t even eat not to mention they brought the wrong wings I’ll never eat here again nor do I recommend anyone else eating here
Honestly their custmer service is terrible. I ordered online and no one ever completed the order or even called to let me know they were short staffed.

Save money don't go here EVER ! They called me said they didn't have part of my order ,ok take it off my bill .Oh we can't you will have to call corporate, ok number? I don't know google it or something. I swear this is true I record all my calls so I most assuredly can prove it.ok it's late ill deal w that tomorrow food comes pizza cold Stromboli BLACK on the bottom Two salads tasted like dirty fridge but we didn't get any dressing anyway dry stinky salad anyone?Save your appetite and money DO NOT EAT HERE
