Great coffee! Small but nice selection of unique sandwiches. Made with marinated vegetables, salmon ,tuna,eggplant. A nice olive and vegetable salad comes with. Fresh baked roll or croissant. Delicious! Fresh roasted coffee flavors bagged for sale . Many food gift items for sale.
Hidden gem in Allentown. You will enjoy the service received by the owner, Mr Rand. Coffee was good. Pastries were delicious and according to my wife, the pandebono was superb. Would definitely visit again!
Driving through and missed good coffee which is lacking in the hotels we stayed in. Went out of our way to come here and it was worth it! I'm very picky about my coffee and this Colombian coffee was fabulous! I highly recommend it as well as the panebondo pastry. I loved that the owner is from Colombia selling his native coffee.
We got a great authentic Columbian coffee and a free class on "Coffee 101". We learned about the difference between the types of coffee, how the beans are grown, picked, roasted to make the different types of coffee, etc..
Baristi is the perfect combination of impeccable quality and deliciousness! It is our new favorite spot when we are looking for a truly authentic coffee experience. Arthur is the best chef and barista to pair with this wonderful location!We cannot wait to come back and bring out families with us to share in the greatness that is Baristi!My favorite items include letting Arhur suggest for me (it has always been great!)! I have had a late with turmeric and a cappuccino with cocoa and nutmeg per his suggestion, and both were amazing. Additionally, there is a wide array of market items you can purchase, including wonderful teas!Lastly, you can enjoy a wonderful treat of pasties, sandwiches, or my favorite - a pandebono. Especially the Columbian Pandebono sandwich - yum! I cannot wait to return!
Wow what a awesome place. Auturo is amazing, like a coffee guru.Very friendly and knowledgeable, describing what to expect with the taste of the various coffees.Had a Cafe con Leche and a pandebono. Never had or heard of a pandebono before but that taste was devine. Can't describe what it is but only that it was delicious.Price is also reasonable compared to big name brands.
Arturo is the best! After being gifted a bag of coffee for our office, we have never gone back to anything else. The only bad news is after converting to Baristi coffee, no other coffee will ever compare!! Starbucks? Ruined. We exclusively buy Baristi coffee for home and our office! Ground specifically for your coffee maker of choice.

This cafe was an incredible find. Arthur, the owner was so friendly and accommodating. The best cup of Decaf I have ever had! Certainly glad we stopped and will definitely return!
