Ordered a fish with lettuce and tomato only. The person that took my order repeated it to me before I pulled to the drive thru window.. Not only did I get tartar sauce, I got a double dose. Top and bottom. For $12 i expect what I order.They weren't super busy order. I don't see why I it was wrong. Disappointed cause I like this location.
Apparently this location thinks the "French Dip" meal is just a hunk of roast beef slapped on a naked bun. No roll, no cheese, no dip. On the rare occasion we actually eat there, they consistently get the orders wrong. They have been drive-thru only for quite some time (no signs on the front door to indicate that, only on the drive-thru window, so good luck figuring that out while walking to the door).You'd think that for a fast food joint that has closed half of their restaurant they'd be more capable of getting their orders correct. If you're thinking about going to Arby's, I recommend you think again.
I went to Arby’s today at Airport Road , service wasn’t the best. The sandwiches were a tad coldWhom ever made the sandwich put too much sauce on that as soon as you bit into it the sauce squirted all over my suit.Ordering through the drive through wasn’t too bad but they’re in a hurry to close out your orderOverall the fast food restaurants in Allentown are sloppy in service. If I were a tourist passing through it would be a bad experience.
Ordered $35 worth of food, the rolls seem like they are at least a week old, the wings were thrown in the bag and sauce was EVERYWHERE. The wing boxes were crushed so bad you would think someone punched them. I would suggest your managers take a close look at your operations because this is pathetic.

I like this Arby's. The drive thru line moves quickly. I have never sat in line longer than 10 minutes.& they dont mess your order up. I've been coming here 3-4 years & have never had a mix up or mess up!!! 4 of us ate here today for $30. That's a deal. Overall one of the best Arby's in the valley.

I have a $10 gift card that I've never used. Arby's claims their gift cards don't expire or lose value. However, when I went on their website to check the value of the card by entering the card and pin numbers, they tell me that the card is invalid. I'm glad I checked ahead instead of wasting my time and gas by driving all the way there for nothing.
