I decided to order through Uber Eats for dinner. I should have decided to go somewhere else. I put an order through for a cheddar and roast beef sandwich, an upgraded fry and shake with it too. Of course, you have to meet the minimum delivery to get reduced fees, so I got two cookies (sounded pretty good in theory). My driver brings the food, but only delivers a small bag, stapled shut. It didn’t really look like a sandwich, fries, milkshake and two cookies could fit in there. Where is the rest of my food? I submit my concern through Uber, and they only refund me half of my purchase (that’s laughable as I only received 1 out of 5 items). Then I finally get to my sandwich (which smells a little funny) and THIS. The extra crispy sandwich wrapper I didn’t order either! Now that my sandwich has some extra toasted paper flakes to top it off, my ENTIRE meal is inedible. So glad I wasted my money to get this!!
Service was very slow. Mac and cheese was cold. Sandwiches were wonderful.
Staff was great chicken nuggets were horrible tasting and smelled horrible as well check out picture. It seems they were taken out of the freezer plopped into oil and cooked before they thawed from being frozen or they were outdated. Yuk yuk horrible even received a second serving was just as horrible as the first.Second complaint was the receipt for my purchase. Can’t be read. Ink was depleted or dried out. Mentioned this to the hostess about having the ink changed she shrugged her shoulders. Tried a chicken and bacon combo I could tell that the chicken had been sitting there all day. I'm a trucker so I didn't have time to complain and have a fresh one made. Cashier was coughing alot no mask.

The brisket was not even cooked, and a ton of mayonnaise made it inedible. All while some blonde girl in there yuckin it up with another employee and doing nothing else. Never again.
Food was good, but it was very cold in the dining area couldn't even take jacket off to eat because it was to cold felt like AC was on 50 degrees
They had no straws!!!??? And they weren't telling the customers when they ordered so that they could decide before paying whether they still wanted the beverage. She literally took my credit card (money), was handling me the drinks (sweet tea and milkshake) through the window before she even told me. When I said something to her about it she told me, it wasn't a big deal and that you just tear a corner of the lid and drink it that way. She also literally said to me that no one else was complaining and that she didn't know why I was making a big deal about it. How are you supposed to do that with a milkshake?!?!?! And then to top of off the fries were gross. Oily and raw. I understand that this isn't fine dining BUT you make sure that the food is cooked properly. You make sure that the cups and anything else you are serving to a customer is clean. I have had to multiple times clean a cup before I can set it in the cup holder because it is disgusting and to be honest the only reason that I kept coming back is because no one else has a Jamocha Shake on their menu but I don't need them that bad if this is going to continually be the kind of service that they choose to give to their customers.
Had previous bad past experiences due to incorrect items or missing items& within Multiple visits. This visit was almost perfect. They did not inform me that there was no aju left. When I asked for an extra cup they informed me they needed to make more but they did right away! All our food was PERFECT this time. Sandwiches neat, clean, and delicious. Kudos to whomever was working tonight!! They deserve a raise. Girl at the window was also very patient and nice
