Ordered one of the new bowls they’re featuring in their ads. I chose the broccoli Mac and cheese with bacon bowl. I got home and opened the bag and it was grilled chicken which didn’t go with the taste at all. It was still okay, but not at all what I expected. They did not double check the to-go order. The chicken also had burned ends which weren’t good.
Placed a Togo order here tonight for my family… more than half of my order was wrong. My burger was supposed to be pink, and it was so well done that it was dry and too tough to chew. I’m not a fan of their fries so I subbed them for mashed potatoes, as it’s clearly stated on my ticket, and received NO SIDE. My son was supposed to get mashed with his kids meal as well, but was wrongly given fries, which he can’t eat because he chokes on them. This is the second time in the past month that this location has gotten my Togo orders incorrect. I live 15 minutes away so it’s not that easy to haul my kid in the car and go complain while the rest of my food gets cold. You guys need to learn to properly check orders before sending them out the door.
Had take out tonight. Ordered Whiskey burger, Mac nCheese with Chicken Tenders, Crispy shrimp with loaded mashed potatoes. We also got Pretzel sticks with cheese sauce and mustard. Everything was done to perfection and still warm when we got home. The young girl that delivered our food was very friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable and the food is good. Would recommend. See you again Thank you
Haven't been in Applebee's in yrs. Food wasn't to bad at least what I had - I'd go again - a pleasant change from last time I was there around 2013 or so - gave it 3 stars because I based it on this last visit - don't want to go overboard on stars till I hit it a few more times !!!!

A great place to go for an appetizer on entree. They offer a wide selection of salads and entrees including the salmon and steak. The wait staff is curtising professional and the cedar Crest Applebee's makes an excellent old-fashioned. I highly recommend!
Very friendly staff my shrimp with chicken was fantastic. Oh and I figure I should put this out there sometimes you should tip the cook he is the reason for delicious food not just the waitresses that bring it to you..
Great service and the food was decent. I basically have given up on this franchise due to always changing their menu and the food and service is sub par. I was pleasantly surprised that the apps were delicious and drinks were always filled without asking. I ordered a steak, which I never would do at a non steak house, but it was made to order and tasted great. Would definitely go back to this location.

Ordered takeout for 3:30. Received text at 3 our food ready. Picked up at 3:30 as planned. Went home to find food inedible as they must of kept under heat lamp a 1/2 hour. We have spent thousands eating at this Applebee’s. The food servings are sparse and the garlic mashed potatoes are missing garlic. Spent 12.49 on appetizer of chips with beef cheese and peppers. The cheese was burnt and they forgot the beef. The fries were cold and undercooked and ended in trash with appetizer. I could go on …I won’t be back
