The oolong milk tea just too bland, tasteless.
The drink itself was great but every time I come here they are out of everything!! One time in particular I asked for a recommendation and the guy said, “I recommend you come back tomorrow, we’re out of pretty much everything.” I totally understand that this is something they can’t control but at least help me find something that I might like or value me as a customer of your product. It just felt insensitive that he turned me away.
Closed most of time during business hours and don’t always made the drink you ordered correctly :(Second time that I ordered Aiyu jelly and end up not seeing it. Employee training needed for sure, very unprofessional.
All sugar is a little too sweet, so half sugar is just right. I like to drink Lugu Oolong tea very much. It is mellow and rich in texture.?
Used to enjoy the drinks here. Not sure what happened with operations but the kiosk had trash and loose tea leaves strewn all over the floor. Our drinks were overly steeped and bitter and none of the employees running the stall were washing their hands coming in/out of the kiosk to handle drink orders. Hygiene and quality are huge concerns now, would not recommend.
Got the brown Suger boba milk tea. Ice immediately melted when mixed with the hot boba resulting in warm milk tea. Also way too sweet. Could not finish it

taro with milk was absolutely disappointing and tasted disgusting. i have never tried taro milk tea and i wanted to try it out as i have heard it is good, but it tasted absolutely terrible. literally tasted like potato juice. usually taro is purple but this was brown. this was not taro milk tea it was potato starch i am assuming. not happy at all. i would give a 0/5 but it wouldn’t let me. i’m guessing that the teas would be good but not the milk teas.
