6/21Today customer service was on point. Outside seating was no service but I ordered to h and was allowed to eat outside with my dog in peace. Everything was good I just really didn’t like the three tablespoons on black beans with the cup and a half of rice lol. Please add more beans to the dish if your reading this ?. I ordered my fave right now the Jamaican black pepper chicken fried cauliflower and salmon for the kiddo. Everything was very good. They forgot utensils but the person at the fro t went behind the to go counter (because there was a line) and grabbed them for me. Small things like that screams great service. P.S. The bread is too hard for me lol
We were there for our Team dinner, it was okay not that great.Always Vetter if you book an appointment to avoid long wait.Food was okay but plates and spoons were bit dirty.Cheesecake is also okay not the best I had but could have been better.Dining inside is bit dark. Our Server was great and attentive.
The first Cheesecake Factory experience I had was in Marina Del Rey, CAThen Braintree,MA, my son and I ate 2 meals there for a week! ?Murray, UT and Tigard, OR are other locations I’ve been too. They are consistent and beautiful and food delicious every time!! Great service and FANTASTIC CHEESECAKE!!When you walk in its …. first thought was… it’s grand! I highly recommend The Cheesecake Factory for a fun family outing! You can’t go wrong!
It was mine and my wife’s anniversary on st Patrick’s day so we went to the mall did a little shopping and decided to have lunch at Cheesecake Factory for the first time overall everything went really well our waiter Megan was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. I just gotta say there menu is pretty big and a lot to take in they have a little of everything in that menu I can only imagine how the kitchen handles it you got anywhere from pastas to chicken to seafood to steaks it’s just alot to take in and you definitely will understand after going page for page In that menu it’s a big slap in the face if you don’t know what you want to eat. Afterwards we thought about it we could of went to a Mexican restaurant to get what we actually ate but it was more about the experience. Definitely will go again but might look at some photos of stuff before going in so I know what we want. Drink selection was the easiest thing to choose from overall
After a 2.5 hour wait we were finally seated. Dining area had very few people. Restaurant was very dark to where I needed to use phone to view the menu. They had ran out of the brown bread, sour dough was over cooked. Zucchini sticks were thin and fried uneven. Hard times getting refills on water, dinner was good. Ran out of several flavors of cheesecake. Ordered 4 cheesecakes to go, ask for flatware got to hotel no flatware. First 2 cheesecakes were banana they had a weird separation texture, vanilla bean still had bits of paper pieces stuck to it. Spent over $120. Certainly wasnt worth it!
Probably the most delicious place on the planet, well at least the Portland area. Can I give it 6 stars? So much choice, so many flavors. Something for everyone. Ambiance is akin to Vegas and is spacious. They do have a lighter fare menu with meals about 600 calories or less. But the glory is in the dinner menu. An international line up that should please your palette. Thai lettuce wraps were amazingly flavorful. The spicy refers to the mix of flavors and not heat. Cheddar stuffed burger cheese oozed over the fries. A great combo. Messy and wonderful. Coconut curry chicken and rice was enough to take some home and enjoy again later. We will return again and again to get a taste of all the other great offerings. But we have to wait till payday because most choices are $15 and up. Staff was friendly and restaurant was very clean. Text to you when your table is ready if there is a wait. Enjoy!!
This review is for the small size cheesecake ordered to go. Only ordered slices in the past without any problems but this is pretty unacceptable. Ordered a small size Godiva cheesecake last month for my wife's birthday and to my surprise it looked more like an upside down cake by the looks of it. So make sure you open the box before walking out to inspect before you leave or else you may be disappointed.
It was my first time visiting the Cheesecake Factory and is such a beautiful restaurant!! The food was absolutely amazing. And let me tell you about the customer service, it was above and beyond. They were very kind and made me feel welcomed. I definitely will be coming back.
It was my family's first time there and it was phenomenal! The pumpernickel bread was so good! I'm not a huge fan of cheesecake but I got the 30th-anniversary chocolate cake, fudge, and cheesecake and it was amazing!! It took me 2 days but I finished it! We got the oreo cheesecake and the white chocolate raspberry one and those were amazing as well! Definitely recommend and will be going there everytime I'm in Portland!
I bought a whole cheesecake to go for my birthday, excited because it's my favorite cheesecake (Godiva). For $36, I expect a nice and normal one but what I received was deformed. A huge disappointment especially bc it was for a birthday occasion. I submitted comments through the website's contact us page but no response. Disappointed that no one will do anything about this negative experience. (Other times, the take out food is pretty good.)
