I went with friends and enjoyed the dos enchiladas with chicken (plus a side of their amazing mole' sauce). My friends each had a mole' chicken dish and raved about how tender the chicken was and the flavor of the mole'. One of the staff gave us a great explanation of mole' overall and of how much effort they put into their enchiladas and other dishes, all reflective of the town in Mexico pictured on the walls. All gave me the impression of knowledge, pride and attention to detail in their food which matches the experiences I've had in the past. Worth trying out!
As someone who has lived a number of years in Central America, I can say this is great authentic food at a very reasonable price. Specifically mild salsa is available for the asking.Clean, but not fancy, interior is open again for dining.
I love this place for so many reasons. The food is great. The service is quick and friendly and the prices are really good. The interior fascinates me because while it wouldn't normally appeal to me, it somehow does. Go figure. The front wall is brick and covered in paint of light olive green and mustard yellow. The booths are solid and sturdy giving credit to the longevity of this restaurant (20+years.) La Fuentes is rarely crowded which makes for guaranteed seating.
The food was tasty. Had the gorditas and they were tasty with very generous portions. Kids burritos were pretty big for them and they ate them up. Fries were surprisingly good too.
Authentic and delicious! We ordered takeout and got tacos, tortas, and quesadillas to try alittle bit of everything and were happy with it all. We also ordered the fried jalapeños to pair with our food since we like some extra heat with our food and they were ?. We will be back to dine in and try more dishes.
Was recommended by a friend and very pleased. The salsa has a good kick. The queso chorizo was delicious. Food comes out in good amount of time. If they are busier than. Ormal they tell you an eta on how backed up the kitchen is. The servers are very polite. Really starting to love this place.
The food is amazing and the service is always wonderful. Friendly staff, good chips and salsa, decent prices. The burrito a la crema is so good and I love the al pastor.
This is one of the best authentic Mexican restaurants I know of. We always stop here when traveling through the Tigard area. Great food and great margaritas!

The carnitas nachos and the shrimp cocktail are the go to items we order almost everytime we visit and they are delicious! Thank you for being a great restaurant so close to home.
