I love Taco Bell! This place always gets it right! Even when they forget stuff they are quick to replace it. People love to complain but I think they are doing great especially after a pandemic. It’s my favorite place to go before hitting up the gym across the street. The beautiful Mexican girl I think she’s a manager is always keeping her employees in check lol
We visited late at night and were shouting over each other unable to decide what to order. The friendly staff member quickly and patiently explained some of the menu and helped us decide. Our food was ready in minutes and all our special dietary needs were met. Picky, vegetarian and carnivore alike. We would heartily recommend this location to anyone hungry at any hour.
Girl working the drive thru doesn't listen to her customers. Doesn't repeat back orders to be sure she got them correct. Ordered a #1 and a #6 a sprite and a Pepsi and some other item. Got to window and was given sprite but no Pepsi, asked and she said she didn't hear the Pepsi, she got a Pepsi and took a second payment for it .. then the food came and no #1 .. was not about to pay a third time. Some other woman came up and the two at the window were getting huffy. It's not my fault they weren't listening Girl was rude and poor service ... Luckily Carl's Jr is next door and didn't screw up on my French fries.
I can't return here. Staff is constantly short, but the reason, according to the employee who was quitting as well as one that was not quitting, is due to schedule mismanagement. Listening to this story in expletives for 20 minutes just for a few Tacos is not worth it. I'll be using another location from now on.
Waited 45 minutes for a single burrito and there were maybe 6 cars ahead of me? When I pulled up at the window they told me because of short staffing there would be a wait, I had to wait 8 minutes before they took my order. They were only taking one car at a time and wouldn’t take your order until the car ahead of you got their food.I used to work at del taco, and I understand it can be frustrating when you’re short staffed, but corporate needs to ask WHY this place is always short staffed. I’ve read so many reviews about the manager Taylor and it makes a lot of sense. Hiring someone that isn’t ready to be a manager will destroy your business. She clearly doesn’t have good relationships with her employees, but they’re her biggest asset. The manager clearly needs to be replaced or demoted back down to cashier. People don’t quit jobs, they quit managers!!
I was in the area, and interested in picking up food. My girlfriend and I stepped into this place to pick up something to eat before heading home. We waited a couple of minutes, and stood before the cash register hoping that someone would ring us up with a woman before us. We were all being completely ignored until finally the woman before us got the attention of a young man working there. He refused to ring any of us up, and directed us to the machines behind us to order food. Something to consider, I don't work for free, and I don't work for Taco Bell. If you force your employees to ignore customers so they can do the job of those you should be paying then I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere. Never allow yourself to be exploited by this company because they are too cheap to hire people to ring up customers.
Horrible customer service. Ordered 12pk tacos. Asked for 24 Hot sauce condiment packets. I double checked with the young lady at the drive through window. She said yes. Got home only received 7. That's what happens when you hire children to do a grown-ups job. Employee children have NO RESPONSIBILITY & NO ACCOUNTABILITY!
Worst Taco Bell Ever! Seriously - it has to be the owner because they have a different manager and staff every time I go there; but their staff are still bad at their job, and poorly trained. I can't tell you how often that location is either closed, or just telling people they are closing, or out of what you wanted to order, so sorry. They are 5 min from where I live, and for the last 6 months I've drove past this Taco Bell to the location down the road. They remodeled, so when it was complete, I thought I would try it again, but still bad. Still awful staff. Still wrong orders, and the food looks like a pile of garbage when you try to eat it. I would recommend the Taco Bell down the street. Great staff, and the order is correct every time I have ever gone.
Taylor the store manager treats her employees horribly. Screaming and yelling at them, crying and the storms out of the store. Clearly, all the previous reviews screams how horrible this place is and how badly they need new management. She is not professional, lacks management skills and throws a fit and leaves her employees, which are all young high school kids to run the store. I have referred some of these kids to call the labor board and BOLI about the treatments, comments and refusal of allowing them to have their federal mandated breaks. Taco Bell, you better fix this ASAP before you get hit with harassment and workman comp claims.
Stopped in for a late night bite. Long wait in the drive thru. Found out when we got to the window that the staff was new and learning... For was good. Hopefully you'll get staffed so the wait isn't so long.
